  • "Easy Air Fried Falafel Recipe | Healthy Middle Eastern Snack!"
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups chickpeas (soaked overnight)
    - Handful of parsley leaves
    - Handful of coriander leaves
    - 1 onion
    - 5-6 garlic cloves
    - 2 tsp salt
    - 2 tsp cumin powder
    - 2 tsp coriander powder
    - 1 1⁄2 tsp paprika
    - 1 tsp black pepper powder
    - 2 pinches of baking soda
    Instructions:
    1. Drain the soaked chickpeas.
    2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, coriander, onion, garlic, and all the spices except baking soda. Blend well.
    3. Add baking soda to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
    4. Shape the mixture into small falafel balls.
    5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
    6. Place the falafel balls into the air fryer and air fry for 6 minutes.
    7. Remove the pan, brush the falafels with a little oil, and air fry again for 6-7 minutes.
    8. Alternatively, fry the falafels in oil on medium-high heat, turning them to cook evenly.
    9. Once crispy and golden, the air fried falafels are ready.
    10. Serve with hummus and tahini sauce. Enjoy!
