Back in the day, me and my siblings used to have impromptu concerts singing along to the soundtrack in the sound test menu. Just three kids in a small house all BELTING "Live and Learn" at the top of their lungs, which must have been a DELIGHT for our parents. So it's a hell of a nostalgia bomb to have you playing the game and singing along to all the tracks lodged deep in my subconscious. Keep up the good work lady Rissa.
Chao save data is kept in a separate file from the regular gameplay saves. If you want to purge all trace of your hacked Chao you'll need to look up where it is saved and manually delete it

This was so nostalgic. This game was such a big part of my childhood. Shadow is literally the reason my main color scheme I use for things is black and red. The music in this game is so freaking good too. The music from this era of Sonic games is what got me so big into music and eventually even playing music myself.
20:20 I like that they didn't want to build or port over the Angle Island shrine, so they just had Knuckles guarding the Master Emerald in a random corner of Tails’ Egypt level.
I guess you can imagine this is the tail end of a chase scene where Rouge swiped the emerald and Knuckles chased her down to earth until they reached the desert.
I'm.. not entirely sure that's Egypt lol. It seems a little bit too close to the San Francisco bay. Then again, I'm not sure where Pumpkin Hill is in relation to the other stages; but assuming the highway levels are the Golden Gate Bridge, then the desert levels might be in.. Arizona? Making Wild Canyon possibly the Grand Canyon? LOL

This is my childhood 😊 I played it on the GameCube and it was so fun! Sadly I never had a memory card for it and restarted from the beginning, but the disk got scratched at the part when sonic is running back to the others. So I never got to finish the game 😢

This was a lot of fun. I got excited to see on the schedule that you're playing this twice this week and it didn't disappoint. This game is a lot of fun but does have some of it's problems too(Ahem, camera).
I put a lot of hours into this game on Gamecube back when I was a teenager alongside 100% the game too(Getting 180 Emblems). But it was fun watching you stream SA2 today Rissa! Also couldn't hold back the lines from the fandub too during cutscenes. Thanks for the a wonderful stream Rissa!
