Its because you're not looking at this like Phil, Phil is pissed that at 10 bucks for ice cream people are not tipping him more as people are willing to spend money on a "small" amount of ice cream. This isn't about the price of the ice cream but that fat he's not getting money. Just remember tho where he was at the minimum wage is close to 20 bucks an hour. Meaning the ice cream cost 30 minutes of work. If you work for the federal minimum wage It would take 1 hour and 23 minutes to earn the 10 bucks, But lets say your from oh idk Argentina that same 10 dollar ice cream would cost you almost your whole weeks paycheck. People are not tipping him from Seattle and he doesn't understand that around the world, hell even around the US money is different for everyone. Phil like to remind you he's not rich and has done everything in his power to make sure that he never will be.
So if you have a full time job in Seattle the ice cream is .29% of your monthly income. For me its less the .14% if I want ice cream ill get ice cream stop pocket watching other people phil. But them again hes wasted 2 good hogan pulls and his and Khets ice cream.

He's attempting to guilt his dents by insinuating that money for expensive ice cream is better sent to him as donations. I mentioned this on Doody's clip of his ice cream segment and I'll mention it here too.
A $10 "serving" at Cold Stone is a quart of ice cream. A FREAKIN QUART. Go look up their prices on their website, it's labeled as "Ours", meaning it's meant to be shared, not a personal serving. A normal sized personal serving will run you $6-7, not $10.
This shows Phil is either misrepresenting the price of their single servings (claiming $10 after tax or something), or both he and Kat ate a quart of ice cream each, which is small little cup to them. You be the judge. I've already decided myself.

Practically nothing because Scopely is notoriously stingy and loves to sell solutions to problems they create. I saw an offer for a 4 star wrestler starter pack which they valued at $+300 but they’re so generous that they sell it to you for only $100.

So to recap the guy's adventure at Coldstone:
-Goes to an ice cream parlor for lunch despite not having a sweet tooth
-Doesn't read the menu to see what he's ordering
-Orders 2 large ice creams to "share" despite not having a sweet tooth
-Doesnt watch the people make his order which would make him realize they added things he wasn't aware of (because he didn't read the menu)
-Immediately doesn't like either flavor of ice cream because he doesn't like sweet things
-Complains that 2 large ice cream cost him $10
-Complains that people are buying ice cream when money is tight (even though his income is based on people having extra money to spend)
-Compares Cold Stone prices to the price of a Blizzard from when he was young (demonstrating his business degree by showing how little he understands inflation)
-Seethes at how successful this thing he doesn't like is on stream
