Instead of banning plastic bottles its better to clean the drainage and garbages. Wherever we there is garbage everywhere. Mostly in railways bridge side. Full of garbages only. Dimapur has become a bangladeshi district where full of muriya baris, miyas, biharis etc resides here making the district so dirty everywhere.
Replace them with disposable plastic bags .... sometime it is very difficult to hold the things when the shopkeeper wrapped in papers especially liquid contain things 😅
