PUBLIC OPINION ON ISSUING OF ST/INDIGENOUS CERTIFICATE TO THE NON INHABITANT RESIDENTS OF THE STATE

In the midst of ILP and RIIN implementation in Nagaland which itself is a prolonged partnering issue of Nagaland state and the government working on the modalities as arise speculation in framing the ways and means . Issuing of ST / Indigenous certificate to the non indigenous people of Nagaland especially those nagas women married to the non Indigenous people of the state has arouse a resentment from the public in issuing the ST/ Indigenous certificate.
