I was in the US Air Force and wore olive drab fatigues. Because I am only 5ft tall, the fellas called me Sprout and the very tall Sarge was called Jolly Green Giant.

Moped Ed was my nickname back when I was 14 and riding a moped, 47 years later I still have a small crew from back in the day who call me by my nick. Pretty hilarious when your grandchild says "whatsa moped " and you have to tell her about something that happened almost 4 of her lifetimes ago when you were closer to her age.

I'm not a large woman - 5' 6", 10 stone 2 - but I'm ridiculously, hilariously top-heavy; my nickname was and still is Eleanor WatermEleanor.

At the risk of being pedantic there is indeed a passion cake. recipe available on the BBC good food site and others on other sites. Some do indeed look a bit like carrot cake. Doesn't stop her comments being as funny as hell :)

So rare to see a truly great female comedian. I thought Joan Rivers was super but Sarah is at the top of the tree in my opinion.

Sexist much? There are plenty of great female comics: Jo Brand, Sarah Pascoe, Kerry Godliman, Lucy Porter, Zoe Lyons, and Jen Brister, to name a few in the UK.

Ran into someone yesterday that I knew of when still a child.
He was the much younger brother of someone in the neighborhood.
He asked if I had a brother called Monkey.
I said, no I don't have a brother called Monkey, I was Monkey.
Up to about age 16, but every once in a while as an adult,
I would run into someone and they would call me Monkey.
And yes, it was because I climbed on everything much to mother's dismay.
When 4 yrs old, I had climbed the side of our building by putting my fingers and toes between the bricks. I was past the second floor when she ran out and started yelling for me to climb back down immediately. Of course, the yelling made me nervous, but not the height.
My son calls me goat not greatest of all time! But because he says I’ll eat anything! Well I’m 16 stone

Did you *really* think that she purposely posted a lesser-quality vid? Clearly this was the best she could find. This isn't from one of the DVDs she has released -- it was probably recorded on something like a TiVO, and you can't improve the rez from such a recording.
When I give my 'special cake' to my lady friends I use 'Mr Kipling'. This means I can inject through the individual wrappers so they still look sealed.....

I think you meant to write, "Thank you for sharing FOR FREE so much of your material." She doesn't have to do this -- she has posted two of her specials in FULL, basically ensuring that almost no one else will buy them and she won't make more money from them. A little gratitude, pls.
Plus, a lot of us hadn't seen this, so it's new to us.
