Sarah Millican is amazing, I love her so much. Rightful critique through delightful humor aside, I quite liked what she said about loving your belly for being full of things you like, and caressing it in appreciation for it. It has helped me see my belly in a new light. While I am not overweight, and I store my fat in my thighs rather than my belly, I still have a complicated relationship with it (with the inside of it), because I have a chronic inflammatory condition in my intestine and that's been a source of so much frustration and anxiety. I've come to be so desperate at times that I just wanted to pull my frickin insides out of me for not working properly! 😅 Sarah's insight has made me realize that, as long as my belly contains the food that I love so much, there's still one reason to love it! I will now pat it in appreciation and encourage it to please continue doing its best 😝

People seem to love dividing humans into two opposite groups all the time. The reality is there are loads of different types in terms of image: thin and healthy, thin and not healthy, large and muscular with extra fat, fat with hardly any muscle, completely fit and muscular...oh and beautiful (or handsome) and smart, beautiful (or handsome) and a bit daft, charming with irregular features, etc. etc. There will always be a rebuttal to this argument that A is better than B, because most people won't fit into the two groups at all. Because I work with so many types of people I am always trying (and usually able) to understand what is going on with a specific person, (eg: stress, depression, addictions, illness, genetics, hormone disruption, lack of confidence /or knowledge/or motivation, repression etc. ) Understanding is more powerful than assuming -always. If you don't know, don't assume, and put your energies towards making your own life better!

As far as Graham Norton, I came to appreciate him when I used to listen to a lot of just a minute on BBC Radio. That means that he could have been wearing a horse costume or some other really random thing or looked anyway at all and it wouldn't have f****** mattered because it was the humor that he had and that's all that really matters anyway so yeah you're right. In fact, I'm still a little mad that he's no longer on just a minute, but you know who seems like they would be really good on that show, you do. You have Hefty wit to spare and I could imagine being able to witness you going a full minute without deviation repetition or hesitation
