Always a pleasure to witness your works, Lord Baldy!!!
wonderful stuff thankyu good Brother Balbermort
Thanks for listening brother Fennell. :)
Love youre voice man.
Terrific video! Ahriman and the thousand sons are among the most interesting parts of the 40k universe. There's a multi-layered quality which sets it apart from much of 40k lore.
Ah yes, Ahriman. This sorcerer is legitimately amazing. (The sculpt of his model is also fantastic)
And now I understand why my poor sons of Dorn get absolutely rekt by my mates Ahriman. Terrifying dude, wouldn't want to piss him off that's for sure
Hope you're doing well brother :)
Sorry I’m late, was stuck in a warp storm
Very good video. Ahriman is definitely one of the most interesting characters of the traitor legions. And my favorite chaos champion. He is not an one dimensional villan , he is complex, has a justifiable cause and his own agenda that is not just follow the will of the chaos god.
I see him as a perfect representation of the thousand sons themself. Exiled for failing on his noble iniciative. A failed , but never a traitor. One that tried his best to help his allies and got punished for that.
Magnus rejected Ahriman the same way the emperor rejected him.
No better end to a fine day's work than Balde-lore, a quiet chair, and a glittering glass of fine amasec. Aloha and Mahalo from Maui🤙🏽🥃
One of my fave characters in the entire WH40K universe
Ahriman, the only human psycher in the galaxy that makes Eldrad Ulthran shiver in fear.
Beautiful story as always, amazing uncle baldy :)
perfect timing, I am reading Ahriman: Exile right now.
I've read the whole Omnibus (Exile, Sorcerer, Unchanged) around Spring 2020. With the The Tale of Ctesias and the other short stories added. It is simply amazing.
@@Michael.Virtus I will check them out, thx!
Hi baldermort thanks for the great video another one of my favorite characters. was wondering if you could add Illuminor Szeras to ur list, it seems every race says their own mad scientist Fabius bile, Belisarius cawl, mad dok, The homunculus rucarth,& others but it feels like the Necrons mad scientist is the one we (or at least I)know the least about
These guys are so tragic.
The amount of times that GW has just depricated on these guys is kind of harshes
Who has it worse, the Thousand Sons, or the Lamenters?
@@WASDLeftClick Oof that's a tough one.
Probably 1k Sons cause Lamenters were forgiven by the Minotaurs if it were the other way around they'd have to flee to the warp to survive
Dude your definitely the best 40k youtuber. This voice work is insane!
You know I never really got into the thousand Sons but I think you might have just sparked a fire in me old boy
Feeling old like Ahriman looking at the subscriber count! 87K? I remember around 1000!
It’s only been a year old chap. Literally. ;)
I like to think I’ve improved a bit since then. :)
YES!!!! hes my favorite character
[Mysterious honk noises]
Loved this video my man.
Love the chanel. Plz keep them coming
I did not miss the Faust reference in the music at the beginning. Brilliant work as always, Baldermort. Always good to see. :D
The most dangerous psyker in the Galaxy, and no doubt one whose ambition is beyond the scope of most mortals within the Galaxy. Once is the Ancient times of the Great Crusade he was a proud son of Magnus the Red, an example of his Legion might, nobility, and wisdom, now he is an exile who doom his Legion to a fate worse than death, and one who no doubt feels that shame every day of his long existence.
I've been waiting for you to do this video for a while. It did not disappoint.
25:34 - What gorgeous model! A pose that screams "prepare to be royally fucked up" indeed.
Danse macabre. A fitting selection.
THIS is the video of yours I've been looking forward to more than any. Ahriman is my favorite 40k character. I've been patiently waiting for over a year for my favorite story teller to tell his story.
It’s only an introduction.
Sorry. Longer one later down the road. :)
@@Baldermort An introduction means more is coming, and it was a pretty great introduction.
Simply amazing, you've done a great job baldemort.
Superb work. Ahriman really is one of the best written charakters in the setting.
I think that Thousand Sons have some of the most interesting characters; Ahriman, of course, and Iskandar Khayon. Both are *extremely* intriguing characters.
Ahriman I loved in ie. Burning of Prospero and Khayon just is a beast :D
Omg the background music baldemort!!! Well done sir!!!!
