Lyrics: I saw the first full moon I saw the first part too I've got a lot to lose If I'm allowed to choose Do you mean it? Do you mean it? I put away my clothes I put the best thing on I've got a lot to lose If I'm allowed to choose Do you mean it? Do you mean it? Do you mean it? Do you mean it? Do you mean it? Do you mean it? Do you mean it? Do you mean it?

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm not sure if it was recorded for anything special or what. Anyone know? I have plenty more rare songs of his I'm gonna put up soon, so watch this space...
If you dont like his music, jsut dont watch or post on his videos, ive seen you saying how you dont like sufjan on so many different videos now. I dont go out of my way to watch and hate on the american idol clips you have favorited, even tho I could.
@miker140: Well, this is not one of his best efforts, instrumentally speaking. It grates on my nerve endings so have to turn the music down as I type. Still, I'm glad Sufjan seems to have lots of fans who enjoy his brand of music. All power to him.
@scientificguitarist - I hear you. So, Sufjan is trying to convey to listeners that he is very childish for his age and not a very complicated mellow fellow.
It is a rule in music, when you want to put an emphasis on the lyrics you need to have simple music and rythms, simple and repetitive melodies. It is a composition rule used by many modern artists. His music is very childish and purified of complications, which give the listener a good understanding of what he is trying to tell us by his music. Much love, Daniel
What's so great about this type of music? I think it's very amaturish and benigh. I know Stevens is a Christian...good, but are all you posters here 'high' or over the moon or what?
For those who asked... This song can be found on the compilation album, "To Spirit Back The Mews: An Asthmatic Kitty Compilation"
Ah, this is wonderful! I've been wondering if he ever did more stuff using 'Enjoy your Rabbit' type features. What a diverse musician.
the best Smashing Pumpkins song
Wow, major ups on getting these songs up here. I've never heard them before. This one definately sounds like it would fit on A Sun Came.
Lyrics:
I saw the first full moon
I saw the first part too
I've got a lot to lose
If I'm allowed to choose
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
I put away my clothes
I put the best thing on
I've got a lot to lose
If I'm allowed to choose
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?
Do you mean it?

It sounds like something between A Sun Came! and Enjoy your Rabbit...

it's not really rare if it's here is it?
Thanks for the playlist! :) But please consider changing the names to just Sufjan Stevens - 'name of the song'.
