Love to see when these bathrooms fixtures still function💗✌🏼
Definitely diggin' that large square tub/shower
Interesting the original builder installed different brand toilets in each bath. And, multiple bath homes must have been something back in the mid 30s. At that time, many people still didn't have running water. Still a lot of outhouses back then.
Outhouses are gross!
The Crane is definitely my favorite
I like that Crane Mauretania Toilet the most. Followed by the last toilet in second and the first toilet the last.
Agreed
All of these fixtures are my favorite!
The beauty of these bathrooms are beyond words, damn
LEGENDARY!! I'm so glad that these bathrooms were so well preserved
Amazing toilet!
Amazing! Same year my grandpa was born
LEGENDARY TOILETS!! 💎💎💎💎
I love these vintage bathrooms and especially the wall hung toilets common in the earlier 20th century and all the colors available at the time. Whoever built this house was extremely well off financially, considering 1936 was in the middle of the great depression when there were soup lines and bread lines and you were blessed if after an entire day of waiting in line rain, snow or shine you got a much needed meal. My grandparent's on Dads side did not even have electricity or indoor plumbing until around 1946-'47. They grew up on a farm in rural southeast Michigan, as such the long and dark winters working long hours in from of kerosene and gas lanterns was very harsh indeed.
That’s really cool! I agree!
Epimazing fixtures!! And I thought that Crane toilet was a Shanks toilet judging by that trapway!!
All of these are amazing! I'd still really love to have a "Standard" Compact for my collection some day.
Cool 🥰
Phenomenal find good work...like how many homes in north america have toilets from 1936?... awesome
Pretty interesting. Hope you can salvage these fixtures if someone buys it and they plan to renovate it! Public people like modern restrooms but I just DON’T!! I get super tired of ads and flyers on renovated bathrooms. It doesn’t look right!
Holy crap was the crane tank tall
Amazing
The second blue one reminds me of the siphonic toilets we had in the 1970's in the U.K. Many of them were coloured too. I am a vintage toilet fan and we had some amazing toilets in the U.K. back in the day, now they all seem to be bing replaced with 'two button' rubbish which do not do what a loo is designed for very well.
❤❤❤ awesome
So Awesome! 👍
❤❤❤ u love these toilets and it flushes excellent
If these bathrooms are well maintained then why people remodel them?
These bathrooms can easily fetch like a grand or a two for being in an amazing condition..
Because people are stupid and think that old is just worthless and ugly, but there are some homes that keep most of their original features and are beautiful looking, but people don't care about that and go for something modern because they think modern is better.
@@splumbing9130 yeah I hate when people renovate a vintage bathroom to the bland white and grey Pinterest style bathroom.
@@michigantoiletproductions1940 yeah trust me I know what you mean I’m tired of seeing it. It’s so boring you try to look for a house to buy or rent and it’s the same thing the same thing every home gray and white washed.
@@christiananthony2026 I agree completely
This is litteraly like almost a time capsule from the 30's! Rating: 20/10.
Also i am pretty certain you won't find that low tank design from that mueller toilet nowadays anymore lol.
Mythic finds!!!!!!!!!
Great video. I just got two old baby blue toilets from jobs this week. They cleaned up great. Unfortunately they aren’t American Standard. But maybe I could get a couple hundred bucks for them
Awesome! What kind are they and when are they from?
Mauretania for me.
Lo Standard SIATTO che vendevano anche in Italia fino al 1955 circa

Does anyone know the reason why lots of people always renovate old buildings and not just keep the old style forever? Why do people think renovated places look better than vintage, unrenovated ones? Probably because it saves money on water bills & repair costs? The renovations can just redo the kitchen, windows, upstairs, and outside, and just leave the bedrooms & restrooms completely untouched. Or when the construction workers are renovating a commercial building, they can just redo the outside and rooms, but leave the vintage restrooms completely untouched instead of replacing the fixtures to new boring ones.
I see what you mean with keeping the restrooms original. The toilets shown in the video alongside the bathrooms have extra charm to them when it comes to the colored fixtures in there (like the bathtubs and sometimes the sinks).
the crane is my favorite too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
