I remember doing the 360 pivot, hit the front brakes flick the back end 180 land on the back wheel release front brake & at the same time hit & hold the back brakes pull a mono while flicking the front 180 around again. Doing it fast is the trick makes you look like you did a 360 while moving forward, we called a 360 hop
This video helped so much! This is a really great series. Saving up for a Marin RIft Zone 2 as I have very muched reached the limits of my hardtail. I would love to see a video on tricks especially whips.
I love watching your skills videos please add more from the Headlands gravel line. Gravel is such a hot sector I'd like to see Marin put out more promotional ride videos promoting its equipment.

Nice job explaining this. Thanks a lot. Quick question - with the rotation, and I am right foot forward like you, is it just left foot pressure on the pedal, or is your ankle area pushing on the crank arm and your leg pushing on the seat?
Hey Bruce. Good question. So you are the same as me being right foot forward. I would say the weight is almost evenly balanced on the pedals with maybe slightly more on the right foot but generally balanced and the rotation should come from that initial pivot and weight shift of your body from left to right. Hello MARIN!!! some time ago I bought a marine bobcat trail 3. And it has microshift shifters installed, but on the official website indicated is shimano shifters!)) why is that?)) the seller said that this is the factory version, they did not change them))
Hello Alexy - The 2021 & 2022 Bobcat Trail 3s have a *published* spec of Shimano Altus shifters, but in these times of supply constraints we have had to periodically made running changes from time to time in order to keep the flow of bikes going to shops. We are big fans of MicroSHIFT's shifters and derailleurs, and spec them on various models, and they provide excellent shifting for the money.
