Superb sir!!! I have never heard anyone explain things so effortlessly!! I'm fortunate to have come across your videos...it has been a blessing sir.!! Really...thank you!!
🙏🙏
It's a pleasure to get such amazing information. Thanks Sir for your time and effort.
Thankyou🙏🙏
Share with others too if you found it useful !!
Excellent sir,
Love from Bangladesh ❤️
🙏🙏
Such a informative video.
Plz make more video on rotatory endodontic
🙏🙏 thankyou
Awesome lecture 👏
🙏🙏
Thankyou so much for video
👍🙏
Sir plz explain oscillating motion of giromatic hand piece?
Thank you sir
🙏🙏
Good video .
🙏🙏 thankyou

🙏🙏
Thank you sir...
🙏🙏
Awesome video
Add more videos on endo
And use of apex locator
Thankyou 🙏🙏
@@Endocrisps doctor you are an institute in urself
Why don't you Cunduct short courses for advanced endo
Not like others who charges a lot but gives nothing
Thankyou for compliment ❤️❤️
I take guest lectures with Mani Inc. You can connect me on FB and can get updates.
Plz make videos frequently
There is a sharp drop in the torque setting from S1 to S2... any specific reason for that
That is because of taper of S1 is less as compared to S2 ( even high torque is safe)
and high torque is required because it is first instrument to reach apex. 🙏🙏
Good video
🙏🙏
Want to ask about should mix H file and K file alternate during bmp ?
There is no rule about this. H file aggressively but irregularly shape canals and there is risk of fracture too. H files can be used efficiently at the end of BMP.
@@Endocrisps what about remer when should use ideally ,endomotor causes microcracks how to overcome with this ,?
Pls make video on post operative restoration ? Every time there is need of crown in every post endo or composite enough ?
Reamers have good cutting efficiency but if you are using rotary instruments, then there is not much use.
Golden rules to avoid microcracks- Never force a rotary file in canal in hurry to reach apex and heat treated files are good as they generates less friction on canal wall.
Great information within limited duration ☺️
Thank you🙏🙏
Thank you🙏🙏
So how many times a file can be use?
This depends on many things
Great video Sir,
I had a doubt that in the beginning you said torque is a force generated by a rotating object but it is torque which causes an object to rotate and at 3:00 you said speed is driving force to generate torque, what I've studied is that torque causes a motor to rotate??
Could you please elaborate?
Thank you
You are correct but in endo when torque generated rotates the endomotor, a force exerted that lead to cutting of dentin.
This force is equal to torque and useful for us to understand the mechanics in root canal. Now, file has also a torque called inherent torque, this is basically a maximal force that file can bear.
Speed are torque are related. If you run endomotor at low speed, enough force will not be exerted on dentinal walls.
Torque is basically a component of force.
@@Endocrisps thank you for clarification Sir..
Great review of basic principles. A new product lets the clinician have complete control of the rotary file. Speed and Torque are difficult to control with a engine-driven motor. This new product is reducing unnecessary file separation. Check it out. Venta Endo / RoTAC Rotary File Grips
THANKS GREAT VIDEO STEVE
sir how much should be RPM set for Orifice enlarge and Bmp ? also kindly tell how on how much torque and RPM should we prepare canal so there is less chance of instrument separation.
RPM is mentioned on instrument packet like for protaper its 300 rpm, For Mani Silk its 500 rpm. To avoid instrument separation, after 2-3 use decrease the torque. E.g. if you are using 2 Ncm then decrease it to 1.6 Ncm.
@@Endocrisps if we use initially low torque then ?
@@sudarshanmandlecha5977 If you will use files on torque lower than recommended, either instrument will not prepare canal or it will deform if you will force it inside the canal.
@@Endocrisps which brand of endomotor you will recommend for us
@@sudarshanmandlecha5977 It depends upon your budget. If you will go for a branded one like J morita, Dentsply or NSK etc, they are efficient in delivering accurate speed and torque and last long. On the other hand if you want to go for a cheaper one, try any chinese for a year or two.
Hello sir Please make one video on obturation after BMP .
Okay🙏🙏
Source of this information??
Literature mixed with experience.
Let me know if there is any point where you have doubt, I will mention the source 🙏🙏
No idea what you want to convey?
Topic is concept of torque and speed.
What is the take home message??
Thankyou for feedback. Basically I tried to explain how torque play a crucial role in instrument breakage. Usually dentists got confused about it, they just feel that instrument breaks only when it is reused. Some dentists feel that low torque settings are safe which is also not true.
Take home message - Follow manufacturer settings of torque for best efficiency and if you are reusing the instrument, to avoid breakage decrease the torque. But this decrease leads to decrease in cutting efficiency.
what a pronunciation
🙏🙏
Thanks sir
