Kawhi is a rare breed. One of the few players that clamps elite players like Steph, LeBron, KD, Giannis, and many others. Now as a Clipper, his offense is now elite while his defense hasn’t changed. Easily a top 3 player in the NBA

If only he didnt get injured in the 2017 WCF, we could have seen another year of greatness in 2018, a much improved player now and probably never left the spurs! His DNA has Spurs written all over it. Just unfortunate some things didnt pan out.
lphjustin i think it was that and he saw the direction we were headed, he had no real help and we’ve made questionable moves since then but would we really have anyone other than him if he stayed. He’d be pulling all the weight for us to be contenders. I hated seeing him leave as he was my favorite spur (crazy considering we had the goat pf TD, Manu and tony) but im glad he gets to add to his legacy by winning outside of our system. The more I watch, the more I realize he's not even that quick, flashy, or explosive. He just knows where the ball is at the right time without being extra. Really efficient.
Honestly, that shot and block against Houston is the epitome of Kawhi's career!!! He was so far out of that play and Harden (as much as I can't stand how he manipulates the refs) had an easy layup. I actually got teary-eyed watching that replay again!!!!!!

He not only is able to swipe at the ball but he always takes the ball away from you. Many times players will swipe the ball but the player will still hustle and get it back due to the randomness of where the ball goes after the swipe. Best on ball defender I've ever seen.
