Hi mam im 70 yrs im very impresive of yr advice im doing my pranayamtill 1 year but since 1 week my blood pressure is voing high about 16 or 13 or 14 but its come 12 or 13 but its come again upto 14 to 16 and im doing my eyes exercise for my cataracs wjth yr exercise of eyes but its not working but i dont leave hope i do my pranayam 2 times 45 mins each time i always see yr advice
