    Outstanding! Learned a lot! Salt water fishing is totally new to us especially dealing with the TIDE. We live in southern Illinois and fish fresh water lakes but come to the gulf shores every year. This year we brought kayaks and fished for the first time... DEFINITELY a learning experience!! Thank you..had no idea about this app!!!

    Hello, I'm followers from Turkey. I find it very difficult to understand what you are saying. If you add subtitles to your videos, it will be much more effective for us to understand and benefit from what you say from google translation. Unfortunately, there is no such information in Turkish! It was a very nice and informative video. I am waiting for more and English subtitles. Congratulations!..

    How can you tell what's a lump and what's a hole? In that pic they were both circles. How can you tell the smaller one was a lump and not a hole? Thanks

      You can evaluate it according to the depth of the center circle and the increase or decrease of the lines around it. For example, if it says 50m in the center, if the lines around it increase, this is a hill. But if it says 50m in the center and the lines around it have decreased, like 45m, 40m, then this is a pit.

    I use the program in the Sea of Kuwait, and the problem is that it gives me a path with zigzags, and I want to give me a straight path to the required point. How can I adjust the settings for that

    Thanks for supporting. I just wondering, how can i indicate to type of seabed? For example: sand, clay, rock, mud. Therefore;
    When i wanna drop the anchor so i have to see type of seabed for safe operation

    Great tutorial. How do you find your saved maps?

    • @hjlamb
      @hjlamb 6 років тому +2

      They are saved on your device. Before you go to where you may not have an internet connection. Launch the Navionics application on your device. Choose Menu and select Download Maps from the Menu. Highlight the area of the map you want to save and click download. After saving, it will be available on your phone/tablet even without an internet connection.
