    Since you measured the contacts A1 and A2 of the 57X1 contactor and did not get the voltage, it meant that the timer was not working as it did not activate the 57T1 contacts. Does it mean that you did not reset the fault while troubleshooting?

    At the end you measured the contact 9 to A1? You put the red cable for instance on 9 and the black one on A2? Why A2 and not A1?

    • @leckyjake
      @leckyjake  2 роки тому

      Because both are just the same cable, if you are convinient with A1 and A2 then there is no difference

    is it possible to synchronise Auxiliary Generator and emergency generator together? If not why?

    • @leckyjake
      @leckyjake  2 роки тому

      depends on the set up of your switchboard, there are some which can synch but most of the common set up the emergency generator is really isolated from the aux gen

    Sir,I ' m just a beginner and confusing about measuring contact 9 and A1 .It gets no voltage and thought the 57X1 is in close contact .It means The timer is working and 9 & 11 is in close contact also. But I know it' s wrong😅 . Sir could U explain the right ,plz .may be my lack of knowledge.

    • @mengnggapo4910
      @mengnggapo4910 12 днів тому

      zero voltage across the coil because no source incoming, hence the contact from the timer always in open state, which means again, no voltage coming for the coil on 9 and A1

  • @haziqwahiduzzaman690

      You are doing well your job. That is good to continue to give your knowledge and help an others. I just give remark. Because you say preferential trip is use also because bus bar can not be accommodate such load in case over current is occurred. Actually only preferential trip is used to cut the power for non essential consumers 1 st, 2nd and 3rd group accordingly. That is all why use preferential trip to avoid to trip air circuit breaker (avoid black out). BUS bar is so strong and can be withstand any extremal loads ( wich is not requires any protection) will not affect any load to damage it.
