Never heard of these. Good to know options. My Bro In Law got me Status Between air buds. They sound great and never heard of those before either.

Cool review. I have owned the Everyday Over the Ear Headphones (July 2022) and the Intro level Everyday Earbuds(Sep 2022) for almost 2 yrs now.
I have had a positive experience with both. I saw the ads a couple yrs ago and I saw ppp clowning the brand. But I was in a pinch before vacation. My wired Beats Solo 2s finally started to wear put physically and I wanted to find an affordable wireless pair of over the ear/on the ear style headphones.
I knew that Raycon had 15% podcaster promo codes so I visited the site to see what they had. Waited like another week and when I went back there was an even better promotional discount (%20). The 100 buck headphones became 87 and change in the end.
Used them on my commute for the week before vacay then used them on vacay and came away happy. That led me to replace some 2 cheap pairs of earbuds I bought during Prime Day 2022 w the Raycon Everydag earbuds.

As for some of the pros/ cons you listed, I think I agree. The entry level earbuds(at that time) had a similar plasticky feel. But they also had a great in ear fit. I didnt use them alot for workouts(I had a diff set of earbuds w hooks dedicated to that) but I def ran for the bus and train w them in w/o them falling out.
Since that time Raycon did release some newer products. I want to say that last year they introduced the Impact series of earbuds and speakers. They are supposed to be more water resistant and impact resistant. 149 is the base price for the earbuds I think.
They put out fitness headphones at 119bucks. 3 pairs of swappable ear pads and multipoint.
They also made a newer version of the Everyday Earbuds. They retained the same 79.99 price tag. Case design is different but they have retained pretty much the same design bud. They added ANC and multipoint (my version didnt have those).
They also replaced button control w touch controls. I'm not too keen on that tbh. I prefer buttons. I find them to be more reliable. Maybe if they took your suggestion for some kind of tactile coating I'd change my mind.
They dropped the Everyday pro series of Headphones and Earbuds at 149 bucks earlier this year.
And they currently have a summer sale on the Fitness series products(the headphones and the product you have).
I believe they will likely make a newer version of the fitness earbuds that you own. After looking at the company, it feels like they discontinue certain lines and refresh every few years. They used to carry work earbuds and headphones(designed for office workers) as well as their gaming related stuff.
Sorry for the long winded posts.
