This is definitely not how it's going to be like in the field. The gear that they wear is between 45-75lbs so they should realistically be training with full gear on. If she is barely able to pull that without gear she wouldn't be able to move a person or knock down a door realistically.

So between lowering standards for females and POC you no longer have your best. And if you are fine with that, then keep that same energy when they start doing the same for Airline pilots and times of war. Just make sure that you request a diverse pilot. Also 85% of firefighters are white, but racism isn't the reason that they have a higher percentage of FFs. You can argue nepotism though, however everyone passed the tests without crying foul. The number of POC can and will increase, but we should get the most capable and leave the lazy crybabies out.
