I'm assuming she was assigned a public defender. It's tough being a public defender because there are so few of them and they have a massive number of defendants who need to be processed and properly defended, which they don't usually do a great job of for obvious reasons. Counties need to hire more public defenders, give a max number of cases an attorney can be assigned, and pay them better. What this woman allegedly did is horrendous, but everyone deserves a decent attorney who can properly defend their rights --- this ensures tax payers don't have to pay even MORE money on appeals because the job was done right from the get-go.
I'm glad she has a good lawyer, that way when she gets found guilty they will have no grounds for appealing the case

If she was white she would be in jail with no bond. My white daughter, at 4 p.m. in the afternoon ran into a utility pole, she got 3 months in jail. And after that AA and recovery 8 years ago. In spite of signed papers from MD'S, AA sponsors my daughter still had to fight to get her license back, it took 7 years to reinstate her license. That's what woke her up. This POS is still asleep and delusional. Killed three children, my God!

It could be easily said she was on a crime spree and 3 homicides occurred. She will sell destruct in prison anyway. Evasive people don't do well with incarceration.

I agree to disagree about rehabilitation.. I've done 10 1/2yrs ... Most ppl don't want to change ... Change comes with responsibility.. Part of that is seeking the assistance they do have.. Alot of ppl obtain college degrees n trades etc... I chose to better myself instead of being round ppl who didn't want to change.. Look up this Guy named Chris Wilson I was incarcerated with.. He was serving Life in Prison ... Judge gave his time back according to what he accomplished while incarcerated... This guy Taught himself 7 languages amongst college education.. He has returned home and Wrote a Book called The Master Plan... Long story short rehabilitation comes from within.. No difference from being free..
