    How to overcome the fear of bouncer , I just cannot play it I always duck / leave because of fear of hitting me how can I overcome this fear ?

      Thanks for the comment. Perhaps start with tennis balls to help you build your technique without the fear of getting hurt. Keep you intent to score high so you are always looking to hit the ball. From that positive position you can evade the ball if required. Start with underarm tennis balls, build to harder balls underarm and then finally to throw downs and sidearm / bowlers in the nets. Back yourself and trust you technique and see what you can do.
