We can criticize any other country and nobody cares, but say one negative thing about the Philippines and the long knives are out. 🤣 It should be mentioned that the Philippines welcomes expats with open arms. And while it may not be for everyone, there are some that find that special person and are able to make a nice life for themselves. If you are thinking about coming over, give it a shot. Make sure you have a back up plan. No harm , no foul.
One can make an objective observation without a whining tone. That would be more effective because it denotes reality without the subjective whining, which is the speaker.
You complain too much i always spend there almost 9 months each time i go there because i am already retired but i never experience that. I have been in the US now for up to 4 months and everything is expensive.
