Recommended oil: 10w-40, 1.3L (1.3 quarts)
Recommended filter: KN-112 or equivalent

That is not the drain bolt, that's an oil screen.

Yes, you also want to drain from the bottom of the sump. Clean the oil screen. Then replace the crush washer on the bolt, if necessary.
