- Hey everyone, hope you liked this new style of video. feels good to be back producing content! more to come shortly😁
Tell me what you think about this new NRF Engine in the comments below! Here's the website if you wanna explore a bit:

Sorry about some of the wind noise!! I had to use some older footage since I don't own the kpm but wanted to include it. If you guys hate it enough I'll re-upload with corrected audio!
@TCR Just bought the Lifan Kpm200 cafe racer; you and Bikes&Beards are the two most reliable sources of info for this bike so thank you!
Le Fawn by the way. Fact is they have for years had a factory racing team. I bought a Lifan 200cc dualsport in 2006 from a local dealer who also sold Yahamas as well. It is 2024 and that bike will be ridden again this summer. Regular maintenance is all it has required. Been a very good bike. Wish they would set up dealerships across the country. Guess the problem is dealers would not be able to convince buyers in numbers to keep the lights on.
The Benelli Leoncino Trail is one of my dream bikes. Looks so good. Love the little lion on the front fender.
Can’t decide between red and black but I’m leaning toward red. I think I saw a green one once. That was spectacular.
Theres one for sale in my area I just saw, or atleast its marketed as a 2023 cafe, it caught my attention so I'm probably going to go look at it today. I feel alot better about it now with reaching 70-75 which would be perfect for me and where I live. Rural America the small cities are 30 minutes away. Speed limit is 70 and I dont care for speeding really. So im optimistic, i had a bike about 10 years ago, only had it for 6 months and really want to get back into them
Im in the States with a lifan kpm 200. I love that bike. Hopefully, some of their bigger bikes can work their way here.
Venom should be getting it in May of 2023. Verified with Venom.
Thank you!! How awesome!
Thank you, Mr. Eggers! Did Venom mention anything about pricing?
Venom is too expensive.
@@moremoola Compared to who? I am interested in this KPM 200 based on feedback from many. I believe Venom is currently offering 300 off on the KPM and includes shipping shipping, but I'd love to know if it can be found for less elsewhere.
Really?
I talked with venom motorsports. This bike is on their radar. It's going through the approval process for sale in North America. Should be available for the 2024 model year. I think the logo on the side is supposed to be a stylized version of K-PRO.
that's awesome!! Might have to pick one up😁
He almost said "dork 200" and I will never be able to call it a Duke again 🤣🤣
I don't think it's gonna be a twin cam, but 4 valves are better than two, a welcome upgrade.
the new KPS is very interesting to me. If they keep it in the $2500 range I think they could have a pretty hot seller. Especially given the current KP200 has proven to be decently reliable and built relatively well.
Is that how much the original KP was?
Cause I've never seen it below 3k...
And most MSRP it at 3200...
@@BendApparatus powersportsmax has the current KP at 2500 most of the time. Ive seen it as low as 2300 on sale
@@CaptainThirdGen thanks for the heads up bro...😁👍
Hey man I bought a kpm200 and I really really want a different exhaust system. The stock is way too quiet. Do you have any recommendations for either a slip on or full exhaust kit?
The new kpm😍😍I gotta cop
me too! it's an unreal level of fun.
That's nice
This is perfect timing, I wanted to buy the old one at the end of this summer,
I was wondering what’s the 0-60 compared to the old one?
nice! I'd have to see when it comes out, but the best I got on the old KPM was about 8 seconds with the stock gearing
any idea when it's coming to the US?
Wonder if the head would be compatible with the 200cc on the Lifan Xpect. 🤔
Man for the price of these why not buy as a second bike? Insurance & registration in my state for a 200cc bike is as cheap as the dirt I bought for my garden
Will it be significantly more expensive?
do you think it would be possible to import it to US?
Hey just wanted to let you know it says kpro (king pro)not kro 😂
Looks good I llike the front of the old model better, looks too bulky now. Exhaust looks like a real motorcycle now lol
Im a big fan of the KPM 200. Who has links to lifan/kpm200 communities to join?
me too lol! chinariders forums is good, the KPR and KPM200 Facebook groups are really awesome! Oh and there's a fledgling community on reddit in r/ChineseBikes too!
How long do you think the wait might be, for it to reach state side
hey man thanks for watching! imma guess summer of next year if everything goes smoothly, it's gonna depend on which state you live in too since some states will need it to be recognized on the state level and others allow the bike once it just passes federal regs. it'll be a lot like the KPM was at launch, i.e. not CARB legal for a couple months
Cool cool, I stay in the southern state LA lol i might have to wait a lil longer
@@frederickhumphrey1064 LA as in Nawlins? Love the food in French district. Alligator n turtle stew. But I heard from some ppl on chinariders forum that it might b here in states as early as March 2023. Now will u be able to register? Idk. May take couple more.
hey the cheapest ride, i really want to know about X pro templar X 250cc from amazon $1899 + tax and ship. i not any reviews video about it. pls make one for us i want see more data or any about it please and thank
Too expensive per HP for me. The existing KPM 200 is about $206.19 paid per HP. CHonda bikes don’t become very attractive for what you get past $2k mark. Once you get up into the mid to upper $3Ks you start to introduce competition from existing dealership brands like RE. I still consider RE Asian since they are made in a factory in India but it is a newly built state of the art factory, F9 tested shipped motorcycle oils and found RE with less metal shavings and parts in the shipped motors than even the top three Japanese brands in the US. All the China bikes had the most/worst scores. When you buy a RE you also get a full three years warranty and a full three years emergency break down coverage service. Sure beats the 30 days or 90 days and no dealerships/parts departments of CHondas. Full disclosure I own a CHonda and my cost is $87.11 per HP buying my bike compared to $206.19 spent by the buyer per HP for the current KPM 200 which is more than say the new Hunter 350 which will also come with 3 year warranty and 3 year on road emergency breakdown coverage and dealer and parts network. If the Chinese want to up their game they need to meet the market. They have the niche sub $2k but that’s it atm. For those that don’t do metric 15kw is 20HP. You won’t be doing freeways where Americans drive five to ten miles per hour faster than speed signs say on 20HP.
Bad news, seekers of the cheapest ride, Ive been in email contact with Venom and this bike is still pending approval for sale in North America and is being pushed to 2024. My last email contact with Vince (venom sales team) was on April 8th. Sad news.
Can you provide a link to the exhaust you used? Thank you
King Road Racing...might have to google kro lifan
Tell American Lifan that you like the bike.
They should put this engine in the kpr 200
2024 where is it bro its driving me crazy 🤪
i hope they do a KPR 4v
me too!! maybe a design refresh too
Many of the people I talk to don’t like Chinese bikes but the only thing in their heads are $27k Harley’s and $25k BMWs cause anything below 1000cc is too small. You’re one fall from a sad day but with a Lifan those Ali parts are good enough. I’m definitely a better biker because I’m not scared to fall and can push my bike to redline without worries 😂
The kpr 200 will hit 95dash 90 gps..
damn!! what RPM?
@@slow_bike_show stock sprockets for us are 15/46. Swapped to 16/41 .( I believe a 15/41 would have been better.) But to answer your question with the 16/41 setup it was at 10k. Out of possible 12k .. now im a 15/50 setup doing 85 all day and wheelies in 2nd🤙 and still only at 11k out of 12.
@@2wheelmonstar Jesus, I can't believe it revs so high! What happens after 12? is there a rev limiter after all? I'm a little embarrassed to say that while I had my KPM I never went over the 9500RPM redline for fear of my valves lol
Vemon over charges for there bikes
The two most horrendous things on this bike are the belts around the tank WTF is that? ... and the rear view mirrors.
It's a cafe racer. Of course it would have belts around the gas tank. Mirrors are fine as well.
“Lee-fahn”
The slogan is "Enjoy Lifan, Enjoy Life"...
Guess Leef must be pretty cool
It’s literally how they pronounce it on their videos. It doesn’t have to sound like “life” just because they say enjoy life.
Lol that’s not what they were going for.
Yea when I've talked to them on the phone they pronounced it Lee Fahn
it's pronounced lee-fawn
Not in English. Lifan is imposing a pronunciation that sounds less like Mandarin and has the word "life" in it.
no i dont like it !!!
lol I agree...the O.G looks a bit cooler...
OMG- that yellow is way too ugly!
