@@neilcusworth1764 I think he said only when you have total insight of content of human consciousness, it will end itself. The question is what is total insight and what constitutes the happening of total insight. This is where I am stuck myself.

Dettachment from the mind? That what attaches or dettaches is neither the beginning nor the end. Self itself is just another movement, another flicker of That what it is. An unbroken circle of the same until a break comes.

Well now, after watching this video, even after I liked the essence of JK, it comes to my mind that what is the reason I am thinking of subscribing this channel and getting entangled to it. Can anyone answer me?
Your brain will never be able to find that out! Make peace with this fact. Also you are not alone in this.
You are not going to be entangled if you look within while listening. If you are feeling entangled, then you are trying to be his follower.
How do you end suffering, anxiety fear anger etc while living? I don’t get it. Your mind does not change at all in an instant. It only changes step by step
After you've observed/enquired/contemplated deeply into the whole of your life, doing this day in & day out, there may come a moment of insight/seeing from the silence within you, & that seeing shall clear all your doubts.
Not at all. The mind ends in one moment when you get what the master is trying to tell you
This step is not a kind of organized step but unconditional step. It's a special one.
anger and anxiety do not happen to anyone,it is always self inflicted and it can change in an instant when you know
You yourself are fear (once you realise this) the conflict will end. You think that you and fear are different that's why there is a tussle. And upto the time this duality is there the tussle will continue.

Imagination, observation those are based on memory. Any process depends on information/memory (present, part, future). Death is not a process, it's a statement. Nothing derives from death.
Maybe for someone who had been alive previously... Maybe those can "get back", reborn.
No observation is not based on memory. It's free from memory. Dead is the unknown
Awareness of all the time may be called as self end.
Freedom from known is death and then you are living . Empty the mind of its content .and there is no way to do it.
