Surprised myself / 42 out of 50. That’s what being an avid reader and being 75 years old will do for you.
44 of 50 correct. Not too bad for a 60 year old.
😎🙂
I'm from a school with poor syllabus and facilities (Kenyan) but still got 39 right... big flex for me :)
😎🙂
Wow, I can't believe this, I played the game with the volume off and without looking at the screen, I got 50/50. I want to thank my mom, my dad and my parents.
😎
Same bro
Quite the trick! Volume off (you can't hear the questions or the answer choices) AND not looking at the screen (can't see the questions and answer choices) and still aced the test?????? That's no different than having your computer turned off yet saying you aced all the quizzes on UA-cam despite never seeing/hearing them. I call it TOTAL Bull Sh*t!!!
You want to thank your Mom, your Dad, AND you Parents???? So your Mom & Dad are not the same as your Parents? So you must be adopted then?
And your school system
I am grade 6 and i got 40/50
😃
37/50 and im 13 so im in middle school, i think its a pretty good result for a 13 y/o
😃
Congrats!
@@Jeffkill33 awesome!!
I got 36/50
I got 33/50 so bad mark but I'll try to answer these questions thanks for this useful vdo for me and all the high school students ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
🙂❤
😂

What is the tallest mountain in the world? Mount Everest? Wrong. It’s Mauna Kea. Tallness is measured from the base to the peak. Mount Everest is the HIGHEST mountain, but not the tallest (and don't try to pull “semantics”; it's definitions, I'm not taller than Yao Ming if I stand on a 5 foot ladder).
True
and not only that Mt E is not the mountain furthest from the centre of the earth.
That's mt Chimborozo (?) in South America. True.
You need to make a choice from the 3 options presented. The question should say, "Which of these is the tallest mountain?"
🤓
Omg… I got 49/50😭 I’m going into my freshman year this September… I can’t believe it
😎
LIE
Same dude
Same I’m also going into 9th
which one did you miss?
34. Missed all math problems. I hated geometry.
That was the weakness for me.
37 would have done better if I knew math!! Thank you. 🤗🤗
You're welcome. Thanks for playing 🤗

I'm happy to report that as a high school English teacher, I did not embarrass myself. I did great on everything except science questions. Which is why I teach English. 😂
😋😊🙂
Lol
Wow, some of these were really tricky! I had a blast trying to figure them out. More, please! 😍🧠
I got 48 /50 in this quiz
😎
👏🏻
You didn't learn all.that in highschool
@@user-zh5up3gr3n exactly!!
NOPE! Most was from Junior high 😂
Columbus didn't discover America. Amerigo Vespucci did.
Amerigo was the Cartographer. A map maker who signed his name. It is where we get "America" from.
@scotthulldriver5036 Vespucci claimed to have understood, back in 1501 during his Portuguese expedition, that Brazil was part of a fourth continent unknown to Europeans, which he called the "New World". The claim inspired cartographer Martin Waldseemüller to recognize Vespucci's accomplishments in 1507 by applying the Latinized form "America" for the first time to a map showing the New World. Other cartographers followed suit, and by 1538 the name America was permanently affixed to the newly discovered continents.
It is unknown whether Vespucci was ever aware of these honours. In 1505, he was made a subject of Castile by royal decree and in 1508, he was appointed to the newly created position of piloto mayor (master navigator) for Spain's Casa de Contratación (House of Trade) in Seville, a post he held until his death in 1512.
@@smokingsoilder Thank you for that. I realize I have an overly simplified version off these realities from my HS days. I am 57 y/o, so it has been awhile. The question of who discovered America should always be contextualized in my opinion as Irish fisherman had been fishing off the coasts of North America for centuries, then there was Leif Erikson, etc. etc. Cheers!
@scotthulldriver5036 I understand. I did a full blown history paper on Columbus in high school disproving the claim he discovered America. He did set sail in 1492 but almost all notations from cartographer indicate that he landed in the Indies and other minor (at the time ) Island nations. He did gain his own pilarization having a country named in his honor. Unfortunately we will even actually know who the "first" discoverer of America was officially however, just taking is as Columbus on blind knowledge because it was the "norm" in the 70's 80's and 90's is bad form from educators.
Thank you for the civil discourse!
Nope. The indigenous people did!
very poor result...I got 35/50

49/50 So this 74 yr old is Smarter than a High School Student. However; unlike Students now who rely on Smart Phones, I used the old archaic method of actually using my brain to recall knowledge I retained over the years.
😋😎
Me: 45/50 with my brain
My cousin: 50/50 with google help 😂
😋
i got 50/50 so easy😏😏😏😏😏💯💯💯
😎🙂
49/50 No clue about basketball and why would you think high school students know any of these questions???
*questions?
Should understand know these facts by junior year...some were up for debate but the accepted info should be taught and learnt by high school...dang...im 75 but learnt lots of this in grammar school...different time though, huh😂
We learned that in GYM, it was invented by Naismith and he used a peach basket😂
6:51 who else got that right away without even thinking?
👇
Fat chance that High Schoolers know this.
Depends. If it’s the US public school system, then yes.
I got 44/50. Flunked on the Titanic, URL definition, RAM definition, First Virus, Rainbow Nation and Discovery of the United States in 1492.
It is not a Smart test it's just a simple Memory test. Memorizing the answers to this test is a waste of your time, when you can just look up the answers on your computer. A test of memory not a test of skills.
Me answering this as a 4th year highschooler
chris did not discover nothing
He did use proper grammar, though.
@@davidadams8546 LMFAO, dont make me laugh.
Right...some of these were up for debate...lol
Got them all right. I should have as I am 75 ...the one to be proud is user-hq3zx9ul6b. In the 7th grade and did quite well. Had fun. Thanks
wisdom comes with age!
😇🤗
Im 75...the basketball...not a fan...and some of the metrics...surprised myself heartily on some though...I got 45...Im happy...that was fun...I tried not to look and just pull em outa the vault😂
30/50, and i am a grade 8 student
To my school grading system, we usually put [your score] x 60%, and the passing score is 30, which I got it exactly 😊
7 or 8 wrong. I miss the fantastic music, and tv shows from the 60s
I did 40 because of second guessing myself.
The first known to discover America was a viking, Leif Eriksson
All these are super easy, got 48 out of 50
I got 49/50 on this exam. I would have aced it except for figuring the metric distance of a marathon. Not much with metrics.
😎
Christopher Columbus discovered the Bahamas and the islands of the Caribbean sea. He didnt even set one foot on America. By the way, you showed us the USA instead of America.
21/50
Some of these are fairly silly, others are more based on just plain trivia. Who was the first U.S President is a high school question? Really? Anyway, at age 78, I can pass a high school test today.
I managed 47/50.
Not bad for a 76year old.
44/50 But that question "Who built Egyptian pyramids" blew me away 😄
😛
I got none i'm really dumb oh well back to playing TOLOPO
😌🤗
@@terminaldup4775 ur not dumb…just try again🙂
I only got 3 incorrect but I got all the rest correctly.
🙂
Kind of a superfluous statement.. If you get "X" wrong then of course you got the rest right.
44/50 not bad im in g8
😎🙂
Good for you...Mark Dice goes to college campuses and asks simple questions and it is hard to find the correct answer...i.e., how many states are there, how to make change in currency, how to figure a tip percentage in your head...sooooo, good for you❤
I used to go to high school when I was a teenager in freshmen. It was 10 years ago in 2014. Although I was graduated in 2018, I didn't even know the answers until now. I would be sucked if I couldn't get even smarter.
The Emperor of Rome answer is a little misleading. Julius crossed the Rubicon in defiance of the Republic's mandate and took over as a dictator of the new Empire. He was the first single ruler of Rome, he was on the first coinage of Rome and July comes before August. To say that he was not the "First Emperor" of Rome, because he was assassinated before establishing more of the Empire, seems like splitting hairs to me. 48/50
Thank you for sharing that 🙂
I agree!! So now I only missed 4😂😂😂😂
salve discipulus, ego gratia tibi sum
17/50. I'm 16. I am NOT smarter than a high school student 😭

I'm going to be a sophomore this school 🏫 year
Got 40 here!!!❤❤

@@brendasalomo4700 great job!
Ffuckin dummy 😂
There is actually 15 players on a basketball team but only 5 can play at a time. nice try
😌
It was a great test of general knowledge. I got 46. I'm getting older so taking more time to process the question and with a few second more I would have got 49. I didn't know the one about Great Gadsby as never read the book or saw the movie so have no idea what it's about and guessed wrong. Thanks for the fun quiz.
You're welcome. Thanks for playing 🙂
I got.. 30/50
Dum ass😂
I got 48/50 I'm 71 years old and English is not my mother language, so I missed 2 questions because i didn't understand the words in the question.
Wow you did really good though. 🙂
I got like 30/50 correct I don't know how I got that because I'm almost a 7th grader
it's ok. a wise group once said, nobody is chasing you. life is not a race (BINI, 2023) study well

45 / 50 its good

I got 40/50 and I am in year 10. Funny 🤣

I doubt if many High School students know about the Titanic;
@fredgs2 Last November 22nd I commented to 2 maids who were cleaning my house that it was 60 years ago that JFK was assassinated. They had no idea what I was talking about.
Geez Louise. I was commenting on what was arguably the crime of the 20th century and yet they were clueless.
When I told their supervisor about this her reaction was that they were just 20 years old. Well, Abraham Lincoln's assassination was well before my time but I had certainly known about it.
Why should a high school student know how many players there are on a basketball team?
The pic at 2:34 really puts into perspective the size of the whale when shown along with other animals. Mostly we just see text/drawings about its length and weight.
37/50
45/50 🎉
41/50. 🙈😂
45...im 75...they didnt teach metric system way back then...lol
😊🙂

I'm only in G-8 incoming G-9 ,but i got 41 correct answers.😊 The other questions we're have not studied yet.😢
🙂😎
7:46 I feel like everyone in the world knows that
(Not trying to be rude if u didn’t, it’s just something I was taught at a very young age)
42/50 haven't studied after high school for 4 years
45 off 50 questions really good questions
🙂
Any 5th grader could pass this
Not one who’s been homeschooled their whole life and didn’t learn the “basic school subjects” :D but ask me and question about different colters , astrology, musical instruments, ballet and it’s history, ocean life, global warming, pollution, or baking, and I could answer any question you can think of.
Modern 5th graders? No. Some wouldn’t fail
Got 31/50 still glad tho
😃
I got 28 and I'm going into sixth grade
😎
i got 33/50…
26😀😀
🙂
This thing is easy I got 100% please make it harder
😯 I'll have to make another one that is much harder next time 😛
How? Well technically easy it is if a middle schooler got 37
