The ancient town of Stolac is the oldest town in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it is truly a place with heart and soul. Stolac is a historic town located in the southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It has a rich and complex history that spans thousands of years.
Ancient Times: The area around Stolac has been inhabited since ancient times. It was part of the Illyrian and later Roman Empire territories. The remnants of Roman settlements and structures can still be found in the region.
