Right. For the exact pattern as the picture,your bodice should have a V-neckline.

I don't understand your question, but I will be sharing the sewing tutorial later this week. Just draft your pattern as explained in the video.
The colored paper is the extra fabric to form pleats. All you have to do is spread the pattern open on fabric,cut it out and fold and stitch pleats
