The Georgia Attorney General did IMO miss one person who should have received Subpoena, "Pat Cipollone", the States of the Union carry out the duty of the Federal Election (& hence the President) at the direction of the Federal Government, the Folk they have Subpeeonead have therefore (possibly/probably) committed both State and Federal crimes (at the same time). Pat Cipollone acting in the role of the USA Attorney General has as his client the US voters and the US Constitution, NOT the Party or the PRESIDENT, they may be appointed by the President but their role is not to act as the Representative of the President and his ONLY loyayalty MUST be to the ACTUAL voters and the US Constitution. Mr Cipollone should have been subpoenaed to appear before the Georgia AG/State Court because the members of one of the Parties was attempting to defraud the Federal Election by submitting an alternate schedule of Elected representatives, the Georgia Court SHOULD be asking him if "At any time he knew that an alternate fake schedule was requested by the President or by the President via his Personal legal representative or by anyone else". Defrauding the Georgian voters is ALSO DEFRAUDING THE US VOTERS and by extent the Constitution of the US. Irrespective of whether he intended to act against the slate of "Fake Electors" if he knew of this intention in anyway and DID NOT immediately act against the person/proponents then as the Nominated US Attorney General he has comitted both a a State and Federal crime. In addition he personally and his Law firm acted as the Personal Legal representative of the President, as we know if the Commission of a Federal crime is mentioned/intended/actual/"Pie-in-the-sky" then there is NO Attorney client privilege in fact the Legal representative is duty bound to report such to the DOJ and to other Authorities. Given that NO Presidential Pardon existed then and No Presidential pardon was issued during the term of the Previous President for Mr Cipollone he is in legal jeopardy, he cannot take the 5th amendment if the question is correctly and thoughtfully put to him without implicating Donald Trump. My Cipollones ONLY recourse is to be truthful, open, honest and thorough with his answers to the Georgia AG/Court, the January 6th commision, the DOJ and the FBI (and any other jurisdiction that brings similar action). The Georgia Attorney General did IMO miss one person who should have received Subpoena, "Pat Cipollone", the States of the Union carry out the duty of the Federal Election (& hence the President) at the direction of the Federal Government, the Folk they have Subpeeonead have therefore (possibly/probably) committed both State and Federal crimes (at the same time). Pat Cipollone acting in the role of the USA Attorney General has as his client the US voters and the US Constitution, NOT the Party or the PRESIDENT, they may be appointed by the President but their role is not to act as the Representative of the President and his ONLY loyayalty MUST be to the ACTUAL voters and the US Constitution.
Mr Cipollone should have been subpoenaed to appear before the Georgia AG/State Court because the members of one of the Parties was attempting to defraud the Federal Election by submitting an alternate schedule of Elected representatives, the Georgia Court SHOULD be asking him if "At any time he knew that an alternate fake schedule was requested by the President or by the President via his Personal legal representative or by anyone else". Defrauding the Georgian voters is ALSO DEFRAUDING THE US VOTERS and by extent the Constitution of the US.
Irrespective of whether he intended to act against the slate of "Fake Electors" if he knew of this intention in anyway and DID NOT immediately act against the person/proponents then as the Nominated US Attorney General he has comitted both a a State and Federal crime.
In addition he personally and his Law firm acted as the Personal Legal representative of the President, as we know if the Commission of a Federal crime is mentioned/intended/actual/"Pie-in-the-sky" then there is NO Attorney client privilege in fact the Legal representative is duty bound to report such to the DOJ and to other Authorities. Given that NO Presidential Pardon existed then and No Presidential pardon was issued during the term of the Previous President for Mr Cipollone he is in legal jeopardy, he cannot take the 5th amendment if the question is correctly and thoughtfully put to him without implicating Donald Trump.
My Cipollones ONLY recourse is to be truthful, open, honest and thorough with his answers to the Georgia AG/Court, the January 6th commision, the DOJ and the FBI (and any other jurisdiction that brings similar action).
