Good review. My figure doesn't have the right arm problem. But the legs are difficult to bend. Really tight. I put the second Reeves head on the Superman Hush body. I think it looks great. Take care. Subbed you and like #105... Bat Toast
This may be one of the best action figures of all time if price and availability are factored in. It’s stunning. From a few feet away it looks like someone shrunk a young Reeves in his Superman suit.
@@BB-ed4om I agree it is really good for the price. I guess there are things on other mcfarlane figures that don't have the same issue so that kind of hit me while I was looking at it, but I'm going to give it more time. I love the way it looks! Perfect design choices for this piece.
With the joints being stiff and very loose in certain parts is definitely a McFarlane thing 😂 I went through each figure from the line and each one has a stiff joint or loose joint in random parts of the figures
I pre- ordered 3 McFarlane Superman 1978 from Gamestop and I don't know if they weren't paying attention to the figures when they boxed them for shipment but I got two regular and one chase variant "evil" Superman which I'm told is rare and hard to find...
@@epicentertainment7019 I never done it, one good reference I think is He-Bro is a good reference, I disassembled a MotUC Prince Adam based on his videos. And that's not something easy to do.
I found the platinum edition today one mercari n ebay have them also people if I was u ill get it why u have the chance on them sites n Christmas came early for today I got the regular chase from gamestop also this reminded of jingle all the way when arnold was looking for turbo yeah I grew up in the 80s also c.reeve was the best superman in that era he was superman n the best one ever
If I get this, it's going with the upcoming Batman Begins Bale-Bat and the recent BvS Wonder Woman. Now if only that rumored movie GL figure emerges... But my comics shelf is all 6-inch scale, and it's ALWAYS had the DC Direct Superman from the set with the Death of Superman paperback and Doomsday.
@epicentertainment7019 I was able to fudge in McF's Gorilla Grodd, Martian Manhunter and Swamp Thing into my 6-inch display. Now if they'd only make a Parallax entity megafig, I'd be right over the damn moon.
Great review!!!!!!!! I absolutely love this figure.
I know, it really does look great!

Imagine, we have Christopher Reeve's Superman Action figure here in the Toy's R Us Philippines. 😊

WoW!!! Superman/Clark Kent ( Christopher Reeve ), 👏🏻🦸🏻♂️😎
12:54 how amazing would it be if McFarlane announced a *Lynda Carter WW* on the classic WW buck? ❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
I have this figure now. Happy to have it in my collection
I did a preorder theough best buy, and it's estimated to arrive in January, what was the estimated date when you did the preorder?
@@markgrant1302 it kept changing... Dec 7th... then 12th... then 21st
I love it. The only one Superman Christopher Reeve forever
Try a yellow marker lightly on the scuff. It may help. ❤
That's a good idea I'll give it a shot!

That's what's up I heard the evil chase was random n might be hard to find but I found the evil chase on mercari
You should get the new 89 Batman with wired cape. Should be up for pre order in late January
@@McServers2000 That's exactly what I plan to do! Lol
I heard that nail polish works well on loose joints.

@@megagrey I honestly like the McFarlane Scale it just makes it hard to do anything with Legends figures

Did anybody else start watching the old movies again after this figure was released or was that just me?
I didn't unbox my figure n i got supes today

I have the 78 mezco Superman and I have this action figure too and I don't unbox because he does them in so many waves.

Why the plastic is so shiny it looks so cheap. Sculpt is good though

The likeness/portrait is nice, but the figure/body overall is horrible.
