I'm one of the millions who looked forward every Tuesday night to see Arnold Stang slap Uncle Miltie with that makeup puff. The only difference between this clip and the regular show was on the regular show there was an absolute explosion of powder! Great memories. Thanks so much to the poster of this clip.

Arnold Stang, the guy who was also the voice of "Top Cat" is alive and well and living in a suburb of Boston. I spoke with a guy who met him a couple of Thanksgivings ago. He said the Mr. Stang still "had it" and was sharp as a tack and very funny.
Arnold was a regular on Berle's TV show in 1953 as "Francis", the NBC stagehand who always insulted him every week. This is from "THE BUICK-BERLE SHOW"....
He wasn't the garage owner. I forget what his role was, but it was not the garage owner. He had a wife with him and his mother-in-law was Ethel Merman.
