Same for me. My stories a bit weird on how I came to decide though. I started out volunteering in the ED of my local hospital while in highschool, and I managed to get a job as a janitor my senior year. This was an amazing job for me because I got to see and experience every department in the hospital everyday, and you can see what the everyday lives are like of most of the nurse, techs, and doctors. Before I graduated, I shadowed the Unit secretary on our oncology floor on my off days (I just asked the charge nurse on that wing if I could) and I was able to rack up around 60 hours by the time I got a new job in the hospital. I got to learn how to handle medical records and the ins and outs of using our health info program we use throughout the hospital called Cerner. I was incredibly lucky that I got to talk to a pa in the ED and impress him on what I knew of how Cerner worked and how MRNs are assigned and I was able to get him to give my contact info to his supervisor. I had an interview within the week and now I work as an administrative assistant in patient access! I had my intended major set on Biology, but before school starts for me this fall, I decided to switch to economics. I feel business is just too broad, and I know that it is a very popular major, so I dont want to go into a something that is already saturated in the market. Now I completely rearranged my life plan, and now my end goal is to get my MBA preferably with a focus on healthcare. Anyone who is interested in going to business school should start trying to get as much experience as possible, because other than your gpa or gmat, it is your experiences in the professional world that will give you an edge. You have to remember that an MBA is a professional degree, not an academic degree, something that had immense influence on me choosing this path. I want to be a nurse but also a business major.... I’m currently 20 and I was in school for nursing (on a break rn) trying to figure out what I want to do. I like helping people and helping people be their best selves but I also like the idea of being able to work in an office and not be constantly stressed24/7 plus If I make a mistake, it doesn’t cost someone’s life.
Katherine, I just wanted to let you know how helpful and informative all your college videos are. You offer a lot of in-depth insight are are very well spoken and thorough. I will be a college freshman in the fall, and even though I already know where I'm going and what I want to major in, I've watched almost all your college videos in the last couple of days and gotten a lot of helpful information from them. Thanks so much and keep it up!!
Thank you for posting this video! I am majoring in business administration and I wasn't to sure what I think I would be best for. Now watching this video I understand so much and I know what I would like to do with this degree. So excited! again thank you!!
I went to USC as an undergrad (Class of 2011) and majored in Business Administration as well (concentration in strategic management). Based on my experiences and knowing how other students in my class have fared after graduation, I totally agree with what you say in this video. Another thing I would add is the number of networking opportunities that are available. Esp at a school like USC, there are plenty of chances to learn about different companies and interact with recruiters and recent grads that work for these companies. FYI, this is a great channel and keep up the good work. Fight On!
I started college with a business major this year and in the first week i already hated it. Luckily i could still switch to a different major so i'm now studying leisure management! :)
I heard a young person refer to a business degree as a boring major but I found it interesting. I'm retired from a career in business, most of which was working for large corporations, and it was a very dynamic and interesting part of my life. Things were always changing in our personal and world environment. Just an anecdote, but I remember when the fax machine was invented. When my department got our first machine everyone gathered around to see our first fax arrive, sent from an associate in Paris. Very weird looking, crude font because of memory limitations 'back then'. I used to say 'one thing that stays the same around here is the fact that things are always changing'. My concentration was Marketing in college and I worked in transportation management, the 'place' part of the marketing elements. Bottom line: don't let the fear of boredom stop you from majoring in business!
Your a good communicator! Informative, personality skills needed, all business major ideas and advice on books! Wow! This is my first watching a video on busi. major. Thanks a bunch!!!!
Oh no. :( Now I'm up in the air again about what I want to major in. Currently I'm planning on pre-med and then finishing up in a Pharm D program, but now I'm kinda considering majoring in BA.
Major in business and take the pre-req's for pharmacy/med school on the side. It's good for a few reasons: first of all, if professional school doesn't work out, you have a back up plan. Second you'll understand the business behind the medical field which will help you in your career if you choose to go that route. And third, it will stand out from all the science majors that professional schools see.
Go for medicine. Actually getting a career after graduating with a Buisness degree is very hard. There's no more jobs. Depending on what you do. Sciences sound more guaranteeing. Everyone does Buisness that's why when you apply for a job there are like 165473637635 applicants. Imagine you're just coming out of school with your new Buisness degree and apply for a job. The guy that has had 10+ years of experience will get the job other than you. Please, I understand you love the job but also think whether you will actually get the job! (I'm not saying be miserable and pick a job for money, totally love what you do, but be smart about it!) best wishes. I'm curious to know what you choose to do.
Christopher Flanagan I totally agree with with iMaddytv! It is good to study business if you have an idea in your head - business idea and you want to make it real (that's what they teach you). Business major is three times more popular than law major and that is saying a lot! It's gonna be really hard to get a job, and what's for medicine - that's always in need, you can find a job with very good salary, so it's kinda perfect choice :)))
iMaddytv I didn't go to a particularly prestigious school by any means, but every business major I know had no trouble getting a job. And regardless, its certainly a lot easier to get into a job with a business degree than it is to get into medical school. It's easy to get into a grad school program that will lead to a job for science if, and only if, you have a fantastic GPA and standardized test scores. I'd say still major in business because graduating with a low GPA as a science major makes for a worthless degree.
The first time I watched this video I was a rising senior in high school and 100% sure I was going to become some type of doctor. Now I'm a rising sophomore in college and an International Business/Global Supply Chain & Ops Management major! The idea of being a business major is so vague that it can be scary to consider but I'm so glad I did because I'm happier studying business and all of its facets than I ever would be studying medicine and biology.
Really glad I bumped into your video and channel. I'm a Senior High School student in the Philippines, and will be migrating in New Jersey in a few months. I used to study Multimedia Arts and now I'm really leaning towards going in a Community College or University to take up a Business Major - since I feel like it has more job opportunities in America and its way more practical and I can still be part of a creative field, may it be Advertising or Marketing. Thank you so much for this :)
Alpha Nemesis Really? OMG. Its been a year since I last saw my comment. Great for you! I'm already in my first year in Community College and taking up arts. I might have to push thru Media as my Major and Marketing as my minor 💖
@@jmwllalvrz Ohh nice! Good to see other person doing same with different way. I'm also in first year! I mean my major is Advertising & Marketing and minor is media.. your are doing opposite of it. But i know, at some point we will get same job i mean mix of business and media ♥️ Even we can start our own Media Company, Advertising Agency or a Marketing Firm.
Top business majors 1.Finance 2.Accounting 3.HRM 4.Marketing However accounting and fiance degrees are becoming useless due to automation so HRM and Marketing is a safe bet for the future.
I'm showing this into my mum! She majored in healthcare and it's changed alot since she's graduates from college. Being a psychology major she thinks internships, and jobs are scarce. They aren't, being a psycholgy major can help me go into the Medical field, law, business, it's endless. Thank you so much for this video! Hopefully she'll understand more.
In Texas we have high school classes about business that teaches the concept of everything, marketing, economics, leadership, etc.. They have classes that help you with lots of careers and we have avid which helps you with college
I'm in highschool with field of business. Accounting, Economics, Business studies, Statistics, World Production & Business etc these are my subjects and these are super useful to understand business major at highschool point.
Katherine, I'm seriously loving ❤ the frequent videos! They are always very full of thought and seem like they are a lot of time and work 🕠. I like how you care about every detail and you reply to comments! 😃 Truly, Jillian 💁👍
IVE GOT A BILLION DIFFERENT IDEAS ABOUT THINGS!!! IM JUST CONSTANTLY WRITING THEM DOWN TOO, ITS LIKE ONE IDEA AFTER THE OTHER, IT DOESNT STOP. SO I JUST NEED TO GET MY IDEAS FUNDED. I feel kinda creepy commenting on like all your college videos but I honestly understand the struggle of people not understanding your major. I'm a history/cultural studies major and I always get asked what I plan on doing when I graduate and its just so hard to answer that question because with my major you can do literally anything. I feel like that gives me a sense of security though because I know if something doesn't work out I can try something else and still have a foundation in it.
just inspired me to go back to school, UGH, didnt wana face the fact and going back in school but it seems worth it, started in medical field in college, then cosmetology, now massage therapy. Lawd! thank you!
Just wanted to say I think a lot of your attributes you put towards a business degree are applicable to me as well - I'm not too clued up on the U.S. but I'm studying a BA Ancient History degree in the UK so just follow what you love if it's a BA and you can definitely specialise later, I plan to go into advertising or marketing personally x
Ehhhhh, not really. But if you are absolutely terrible at math it's probably not the major for you. If you were able to keep up decently well in highschool math then you're probably good enough for the level of math that a Business major would have.
No business admin is one of the easiest degrees offered at any college besides liberal arts degrees. If you compare it to an engineering degree any math you do is basic stuff a high schooler could learn in a day or so.
I know that there is a MBA specific for business in the creative industry. As a undergrad, I want to major in business administration but also minor in another subject that can help me get more involved for the creative industry. Can you recommend me a minor? Would are your ideas of having a major and minor
I thought I wanted to be a science major my whole life but I'm now kind of reconsidering. I might wanna do a major in business/marketing! My dream job is to work at Disney or Pixar! I really hope this would come true! Btw this video was really helpful!! :D
I'm in love with this video! Best video for non business people like science people! You know some of my science friends doesn't know what is business what we do.. what we become after graduating lol they don't know a single thing. Even some of them don't know that there's lots of majors in business just like engineering lol they think business degree is only to start business ughh now that's disgusting! After business/management degree we become Manager just like engineering graduates become an Engineer. Even they thought that there's no majors in it it's just a business degree to start business 🙄 and i told them that Business have more more majors than your Engineering because every organization needs Managers but not every organization needs Engineers so demand is very high in Business Management than Engineering. If you say there's ONE THOUSAND Engineering majors/fields guys i want to tell you there's THREE THOUSAND Business majors/fields then!
Your smart and good with words I can tell you will go far! I am a Business Major and live in the sticks the only Corporate Business around here would be Walmart I found out Assistant Managers make 50,000 a Year and probably more where you live, it's not a dream job but it's Nationwide and you can have a nice retirement with 401k and profit sharing.
I HAVE A BUSINESS MAJOR IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, BUT I DID WORKED BEFORE IN ALL START UP, ANALYST, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, MARKETING, CONSULTING AND FINANCE BUT ITS HARDER TO WORK ON IT ITS VERY PRESSURE AND ALWAYS EAT UP YOUR TIME. SO RIGHT NOW I WORK WITH TWO CAREER, MILITARY AND GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE.
I am currently majoring in Business Administration and would like to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in General Business. Thank you so much for making this video. Really gave me a lot of ideas!
@@Justin-ev8nn nah man.. computer science is nothing in front of business majors like Finance, Marketing, Accounts etc they all are better than computer science.
Alpha Nemesis Finance is very broad. The only branch of finance that is better than computer science is high finance - Investment Banking, hedge funds, private equity, etc. However, it’s extremely difficult to break into those jobs due to competition and the need of school prestige. Furthermore, the hours for high finance jobs are absolutely shitty. A few buddies of mine are investment bankers and they work ~100 hours a week. That’s insane. Software programmers at FB, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Apple, etc make almost the same as my friends for a lot less hours. Plus, you don’t have to wear suits all day. Most finance kids will have jobs that pay less than software programmers. Remember high finance is only a slice of what finance has to offer. There are other back office jobs that aren’t as glamorous. Technology is the future. I can’t speak for marketing since I have no expertise on it however accounting doesn’t make any where near finance and comp sci majors. Accountants definitely have a lot of job opportunities and they make a good living but don’t expect to make as much salary as the finance/comp sci kids unless you’re a cpa and parter at a Big 4 accounting office.
Business is a business you can run. A business major is getting overwhelmed with massive debt. If you want to run a business, self educate yourself do not rely on colleges to teach you “ business “ because the truth is they do not have the proper knowledge in the business world but it is the biggest scam you would ever confront. ( This is not a discouragement) However, if you do not want to be in massive debt and work for someone the rest of your life reconsider self education. Where failing is your best friend, because it will show you what to improve in your business.
This video was really great and informative. It's a funny coincidence because today I actually went to a business information session and tour at the University of Minnesota, so you put this up on a perfect day! ☺️
I started out university pursuing a BS in Business Administration, but then I decided it wasn't for me! I felt like a humanities major gave me better critical thinking, intensive writing, and problem-solving skills while business classes simply gave me the vocabulary and case studies. While I still want to work in business, I believe internships and unique experiences will make my resume stand out more than business classes.
**Also, just because I'm not a business major doesn't mean I don't take business classes! I am also pursuing an Entrepreneurship minor, which gives me business literacy and allows me to take a hands-on approach in starting a company. If you're interested in business but don't think the major is for you, see if your school has an Entrepreneurship program or some business classes that count towards Core Curriculum.
It seems like the BA vs BS distinction is increasingly arbitrary. I know several people with degrees in things like English or History that have a BS in it, and some with Chemistry or Neuroscience degrees that are BA. I feel like it also has a lot to do with what school you attend rather than particularly what you study; interesting.
Well technically the business degree is not math heavy. You do take statistics and business calculus but it’s not as math heavy as if you were going into a STEM degree. I’ve taken statistics which honestly I hated. The business calculus was somewhat hard but more useful toward the degree I felt.
I’m in middle school with the help of my mother she has a bow that pays good money and he says I can work for him during college so I don’t get broke and that way I can have experience I guess but I can get more jobs easier
Thank you so much, your videos are very helpful! I'm so stressed out with trying to apply to colleges and figuring out if I really want to go into a Business Administration major. I'm so scared for college, I feel like there are so many things that I'm going to mess up on while I'm there and I really don't want to ruin it. I'm currently abroad as an exchange student, so I am experiencing life on my own and how to take care of myself, but I have a host family and company to support me... I feel like college will feel much more lonely and will be much more difficult to get a handle on.
BigBallerIvan yes, it’s possible. You can look it up. Though, you can’t get 100k a year right away. Like any other jobs out there, you have to work your way up. The higher your position is, the more money you make.
For me - my major will be Business Administration. The degree I am going for is Bachelor. So I'd be getting a Bachelor of Science degree. I chose this major because I realize that it is very demanding. Thanks for the vid. Edit: It should not be want you want to do but what you need to do.
I'm gonna be a business major in the fall in the Daniels College of Business at DU, and so naturally I had to click on this video when I found it to see what I was getting into
This helped me so much because I would like to do business administration major in college and then maybe go to law school or I would just work in the business school because I really like fashion merchandising but I'm just scared a fashion merchandiser won't make enough money.
It's not only that a fashion merchandiser wouldn't make enough money, they would have lots of competition and it would be hard to find a job. An undergrad in business combined with law is genius.
I like leading, but I'm horrible at being bossy I would need to work on that because I hate being a bitch to people. And I'm shy, but I'd love to study business and learn how to become a boss should I try it? Or does shyness just mean NO?
Angelica g, I wouldn't do that if I were u. every1 I know who graduated with a business degree got jobs they couldve got without a degree. they are either bank tellers or insurance agents or they work at call centers. each & every1 making chump change. i have only 1 friend currently doing accounting so I cant tell u about the job prospect for that major. Those who did nursing got a job right away & nurse have a good salary & have better job security.
Hmm?? Nurse •no scheduled hours. •having to work on hospitals😖 •nice pay Business •accounting •finance •administration Different types of jobs to look for if you got a major on business •office kinda sucks •probably excellent pay depending on the company and your knowledge .
I want to become a Nurse but I don't have enough budget for that major. So I'm thinking of other Major like connecting in business or computer... Can anyone suggest (Respect my comment)

PlayTheGameFilms FIGHT ON!! you're gonna love SCA
It's crazy because I randomly found one of my favorite UA-camrs while watching business videos.
whooaaaa
Why you on this video 😭😭
I want to be a nurse but also a business major.... I’m currently 20 and I was in school for nursing (on a break rn) trying to figure out what I want to do. I like helping people and helping people be their best selves but I also like the idea of being able to work in an office and not be constantly stressed24/7 plus If I make a mistake, it doesn’t cost someone’s life.
So if i want to own my own daycare would majoring in early childhood education and minoring in business benefit me?
Amelia Rotenbury yes a lot
No. Just open a daycare lol
Yeah.
obviously
Muay Thai Levi umm is it really that easy?
Katherine, I just wanted to let you know how helpful and informative all your college videos are. You offer a lot of in-depth insight are are very well spoken and thorough. I will be a college freshman in the fall, and even though I already know where I'm going and what I want to major in, I've watched almost all your college videos in the last couple of days and gotten a lot of helpful information from them. Thanks so much and keep it up!!
StrawberryFrosting3 you have no idea how much i love hearing that!
Good morning 💗
I was a little worried about picking business as my major but you really answered a lot of my questions! Thank you!!
Saloni Nahar so now u doing business degree ?
Thank you for posting this video! I am majoring in business administration and I wasn't to sure what I think I would be best for. Now watching this video I understand so much and I know what I would like to do with this degree. So excited! again thank you!!
Great video!!!
I'll start studying international business administration next year and this video is something i've been looking for a long time😊
I went to USC as an undergrad (Class of 2011) and majored in Business Administration as well (concentration in strategic management).
I've never in my life heard of leisure management. Good luck getting a good job.
Why u hated it?
why did you hate it?
Watch Aaron Clareys videos on majoring in Business or getting an MBA. Please before you do it! It should definitely help with your choice!
iMaddytv I didn't go to a particularly prestigious school by any means, but every business major I know had no trouble getting a job.
You look so pretty with this hair color! It makes your eyes look even more blue!
The first time I watched this video I was a rising senior in high school and 100% sure I was going to become some type of doctor. Now I'm a rising sophomore in college and an International Business/Global Supply Chain & Ops Management major! The idea of being a business major is so vague that it can be scary to consider but I'm so glad I did because I'm happier studying business and all of its facets than I ever would be studying medicine and biology.
your videos are helpful, even though I don't want to major in business, I always get something out of your videos. Thanks Katherine!
Ruby Wesley my pleasure, ruby!
Omg same but the thing is i was thinking of doing Multimedia Arts.. Now im doing Advertising Marketing major and minoring in Media 💖
Advertising and Marketing is really really great i mean mix of Business, Art n Design, Media and little bit tech! ⭐
But i know, at some point we will get same job i mean mix of business and media ♥️
Even we can start our own Media Company, Advertising Agency or a Marketing Firm.
@@nycto16 Exactly! :) Goodluck! Do you by any chance know any good schools for Multimedia Arts
Top business majors
1.Finance
2.Accounting
3.HRM
4.Marketing
However accounting and fiance degrees are becoming useless due to automation so HRM and Marketing is a safe bet for the future.
Rasheem Reid how about a management degree
Lesly You which a management degree you can do any of the listed major... Just find a job in the field and if you like it do your masters or MBA in it
Market and digital marketing is gold
this video was really helpful as an incoming senior about to apply to colleges and pick a major! thanks katherine :)
Amyyy anytime, gurl!
Accounting, Economics, Business studies, Statistics, World Production & Business etc these are my subjects and these are super useful to understand business major at highschool point.
your explanation is so awesome thank you for helping me.
Katherine, I'm seriously loving ❤ the frequent videos! They are always very full of thought and seem like they are a lot of time and work 🕠. I like how you care about every detail and you reply to comments! 😃
Truly,
Jillian 💁👍
Good morning 🌹❤️
Technical aspect of the video is fair. Presentation is excellent! Great job young lady.
So I shouldn't get a bachelors in business ? And just wait and get my masters? Don't you need your bachelor to get your master ?
Thank you so much for this video! I'm ganna be a freshman at MSU this fall and I'm really considering majoring in business!
Same!!
I'm majoring in General Business and concentrating in Finance. I also would like to minor in Data analytics so I can do financial analysis jobs.
IVE GOT A BILLION DIFFERENT IDEAS ABOUT THINGS!!! IM JUST CONSTANTLY WRITING THEM DOWN TOO, ITS LIKE ONE IDEA AFTER THE OTHER, IT DOESNT STOP. SO I JUST NEED TO GET MY IDEAS FUNDED. IM WILLING TO WORK WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE, AND PASS THE COMPANIES OFF TOO THE RIGHT PEOPLE, AS LONG AS THEYRE WILLING TOO KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE OF THE BEST LIFE POSSIBLE, NO SELLING OUT, NO ANNOYANCES, AND JUST OVERALL A CONSTANTLY IMPROVING SYSTEM THATS GONNA CHANGE THE WORLD..
Can you take my tests for me please?
I feel kinda creepy commenting on like all your college videos but I honestly understand the struggle of people not understanding your major. I'm a history/cultural studies major and I always get asked what I plan on doing when I graduate and its just so hard to answer that question because with my major you can do literally anything. I feel like that gives me a sense of security though because I know if something doesn't work out I can try something else and still have a foundation in it.
+Everyone in the UFC is conors slave shots fired

Actually you can’t lol
@Inferno lol why engineers are nothing.. doctors, accountants and managers are way better. With Business or Accountancy we can do anything!
just inspired me to go back to school, UGH, didnt wana face the fact and going back in school but it seems worth it, started in medical field in college, then cosmetology, now massage therapy. Lawd!
Do you have to be really good at math in order to be in business major ??
I have the same question.
@@randopersono6055 Lol business is so hard... engineering is already shit.
I know that there is a MBA specific for business in the creative industry. As a undergrad, I want to major in business administration but also minor in another subject that can help me get more involved for the creative industry. Can you recommend me a minor? Would are your ideas of having a major and minor
Best video about business degree!
gr8 topic! i did combined youth work with management cos the skills of biz modules are essential in work
I thought I wanted to be a science major my whole life but I'm now kind of reconsidering. I might wanna do a major in business/marketing! My dream job is to work at Disney or Pixar! I really hope this would come true! Btw this video was really helpful!! :D
im so glad that you made this video! im starting college this fall and im majoring in the same thing!
Hi
Hi
You always upload the most helpful videos! Thank you!
I’m thinking of majoring in international business but I also want to major in theatre or social work. I don’t know what to pick.
Emily Lynn isn’t there a double major program in some colleges?
This is so helpful! Thanks!
I am currently majoring in Business Administration and would like to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in General Business. Thank you so much for making this video. Really gave me a lot of ideas!
I want to be a Business Major at USC. I just don't know what is earning more money in today's world ! Lol
Clayton Paz being your own bo$$ but.its really eaiser said then done
Clayton Paz everyone says stem, but that means there's not gonna be enough jobs for it
Computer science is the best degree to money rn
You're really great! Thanks for making videos!
Where failing is your best friend, because it will show you what to improve in your business.
j s College are businesses themselves. I'm literally 22 making more than a doctor and never went to school for it.
j s I can not relate. But one thing is for sure, colleges would always manufacture employees.
This video was really great and informative. It's a funny coincidence because today I actually went to a business information session and tour at the University of Minnesota, so you put this up on a perfect day! ☺️
Caitlin McGrath heyyyy glad to hear that!
Im working on my BA in this field. Should be done by summer, focusing on management. Nice video.
Just as an fyi to everyone, some schools have Economics in their business schools as well. I am an Econ major in my business school :))
I'm taking some business classes for my first semester of college. This video really helped me:)
This was so helpful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!
Savannah interesting to hear!
This was insanely helpful. You answered so many questions I had for my future. Thank you so much Katherine!! I love all your videos :)
jenica mccormick you're too sweet! thanks for watching
Loved the content and video quality!! You sure are such a rad person!!
Haley Hayes IM SURE YOU'RE RAD TOO
Thank u I’am gonna choose business
This was really really really helpful, thank you Katherine! I was really confused about what was in a business major and this made it so clear :)
Emma Kanch PERFECT that was my endgoal
This video helped me so much 😩 I just decided to change my major and your video made me feel so secure in it
Going to USC for world bachelor in business is my dream major. Definitely will visit USC and apply.
Well technically the business degree is not math heavy. You do take statistics and business calculus but it’s not as math heavy as if you were going into a STEM degree. I’ve taken statistics which honestly I hated. The business calculus was somewhat hard but more useful toward the degree I felt.
Do you have to be strong in math to be successful in business?
Yes, as a business management major I’ve had to take accounting, finance, calculus, and statistics courses.
I'm gonna be a freshman business major in the fall! (Not at USC though.) I'm so excited to start college!
I really like the idea of writing out what companies you would like to work at. Definitely gonna start doing that!
I'm attending USC this coming fall as a business administration major! So excited :)
Jonathan Lee WOO marshall
Great video! Going to be looking into those books.
If you're more math heavy but like business look into taking the actuarial exams. Most actuaries start out as consultants!
I’m in middle school with the help of my mother she has a bow that pays good money and he says I can work for him during college so I don’t get broke and that way I can have experience I guess but I can get more jobs easier
This was very informative, helpful, and a positive. Good video!
Hey, according to your text I identified myself, where are you from?
Have you started yet? College is really something that you learn as you go.
Awesome video. Really. I am majoring in Business Administration myself.
Do you have to be super great at math?
nope but you have to be ok with it
Hey I am grade 10 rn 15y/o...,,,Does any1 regret choosing/deciding business instead of Medicine?Any advice or tips?plsplz And Tysm!❤
I was in medicine but changed my field towards social sciences and bussiness and believe me it is the best decision of my life
Aashiyana Yamira if I may ask, how much money do you make? Is it possible to make 100k a year with a business major ?
BigBallerIvan yes, it’s possible. You can look it up. Though, you can’t get 100k a year right away. Like any other jobs out there, you have to work your way up. The higher your position is, the more money you make.
For me - my major will be Business Administration. The degree I am going for is Bachelor. So I'd be getting a Bachelor of Science degree. I chose this major because I realize that it is very demanding. Thanks for the vid. Edit: It should not be want you want to do but what you need to do.
I am twelve and I want to be a business major two
I'm gonna be a business major in the fall in the Daniels College of Business at DU, and so naturally I had to click on this video when I found it to see what I was getting into
This helped me so much because I would like to do business administration major in college and then maybe go to law school or I would just work in the business school because I really like fashion merchandising but I'm just scared a fashion merchandiser won't make enough money.
It's not only that a fashion merchandiser wouldn't make enough money, they would have lots of competition and it would be hard to find a job. An undergrad in business combined with law is genius.
I'm majoring in business for my undergrad at my university and this is spot on!
GeorgetteHelo WOO
aaron clarey
I like leading, but I'm horrible at being bossy I would need to work on that because I hate being a bitch to people. And I'm shy, but I'd love to study business and learn how to become a boss should I try it? Or does shyness just mean NO?
Im going to USC this fall! You have helped me so much with all your videos! Amazing
Sydney Recasner Fight On!!!!!
I wanted to be a nurse but now I want to be a business major. But my friend said business is useless.
Melissa C. Be a nurse
anthony morvillo lmao I already changed my major to business. I'm thinking I want to do HR.
Melissa C. Oh okay good luck! My fiancé is a nurse and she makes good money! And she loves her job. So keep that in mind if you ever change your mind
Hmm??
Nurse
•no scheduled hours.
•having to work on hospitals😖
•nice pay
Business
•accounting
•finance
•administration
Different types of jobs to look for if you got a major on business
•office kinda sucks
•probably excellent pay depending on the company and your knowledge .
I've heard that the only concentrations of business worth pursuing are accounting, finance, and information systems.
Take Computer science if information systems is for you...our bank account and credit is being robbed everyday by scammers so track down that $$$$$
I want to become a Nurse but I don't have enough budget for that major.
So I'm thinking of other Major like connecting in business or computer...
Can anyone suggest
(Respect my comment)
I’m doing business administration & management as a whole. What’s the difference?
I'm getting ready to apply to Marshall in the Fall for BA Marketing Conc! *fingers crossed*
I wish you all the best!!!
