- The trial involving rapper Young Thug and the alleged YSL street gang continues on Thursday in Atlanta with his attorney arguing that Fulton County lead prosecutor Adriane Love should be disqualified from the case.
The attorney, Brian Steel, is arguing Love has "injected" herself as an "unsworn witness" because of how she has asserted facts in questioning a witness.
Court tends to begin around 10 a.m.

Judge did not address Steele's motion to have Ms. Love as a witness. The judge argued the defense didn't object. Why should they...she walked her self onto the witness stand directly from where she stood. Steele supplied more than enough case law from every circuit court. The judge sited two fir his judgement.
Defense knew the judge wasn't gonna give them this request. Prosecutor and the judge works together and this whole trial the judge has been biased towards the defense. Always sustain the state's objections and always overrule the Defense objections. He needs to be recused more than ms love.

The objection has to be valid, it doesn't matter if none go in your favour if your objections are not valid, unfortunately the judge is bias because of overruling defense objections when they should be sustained as they have good grounds and law on there side and sustaining objections by prosecuter when they have no good grounds and law on there side not because they need to be equal
He needs to step down, finally letting state know they are wasting time but still defends there weak case against young thug, they just locked them up to scare them into pleading guilty 1 by 1 they were out of fear of lengthy prison sentences, the real criminals are state, with there weak case, lying in court, hiding docs, relying on lying witnesses and trying to involve young thug in matters that have nothing or no link to him

The judge is on the prosecution side. He let Ms love hid the recording from the defense of Mr. Beans first recording of when he was at Grady and the judge knew about it. He has been biased from the start. I would’ve hate being against him because he’s gonna choose the state every time even if they’re wrong. Smh

The judge does a number of tgings wrong, including purposely talking over the defense. So as to interfere with the preservation of their argument on record; attempts to try to make the defense lose their train of thought or flat out bully them from beung able to state their full argument on record.
Hopefully the hugher courts will notice this abuse of discreation and this thought of not having to fully abide by the rules himself.
Omg yes!!!! I've been saying this. He does it all the time. I was wondering if anyone else noticed it. Every time they speak he interrupts them or overtalks them or ask questions in the middle of answering previous questions derailing their statements for the record. It's manipulative. None of their statements have been been made fully on record. Then he makes then submit motions in writing that he gets to read over silently and deny later versus addressing it during court on record when it they bring it up.

To look at black judge I wonder how many times he volunteered to go and help youth or high-risk young people or started any programs with people in community, mentor or watching those cops come in with the expensive suits, watches steady looking and touching themselves admiring themselves so much how many times have they went and helped others in a struggling community or single mothers that's trying their best to raise good men. To see all these black people with these big titles I wonder what they have done to give back or get young people on the right track. I live in majority white state where white judges, white work for DA office have join with blacks to start programs after help youth or high risk really be sincere compassionate when black pastor help start program later go and speak on that person behalf the judge listen and give person second chance or not put person in jail mandate that they have to go and sign up for that program. In my state they will give and donate money to blacks to start programs for young youth or gang members I wonder have this judge ever done anything like that he dont strike me to care especially when he was quick to sign for that single mother be taking to jail just to come to court for state wasnt first willing to see if she come on her own.
