Hi Steve, brings back great memories of only a few weeks back, sure you will agree, great spot, even after the killer of a climb up. You had some nice grub and I like your flask as well, I was more catious and stuck to hot chocalatte, and you even got to view Manchester in the distance, we will have to see where we all end up next, all the best Pat
I also follow Pat Dickinson, must be a great feeling to get a comment off the LEGEND from SHEFFIELD, remember Steve your a bit of a legend your good self, enjoyed the video keep up the good work.
Hi. I always enjoy your videos. I'm planning to do a first m/c wild stealth camp soon. I've done a couple of trips and camps in campgrounds, but never stealth so far. I picked up on the contact lens issues you raised. I am a contact lens wearer and for about 5 or 6 years I've been using extended wear lenses. I wear them for a week at a time, sleep in them and everything. I think that they are brilliant! No more faffing every night and morning and for camping they are ideal as you're not putting possibly grubby fingers in your eyes. I just make sure that I have some hydrating eye drops with me as in the morning they do feel a but dry, but a drop in each eye and they are back to normal. I love them! You might find them useful too.
Thanks for the tip on the lenses, unfortunately I have a bit of dry eye and I can’t wear them. You do get used to the faff. I try and make sure I’m all sanitised before I touch my eyes.
Great video Steve. Keep an eye on that finger, I had something very similar. Had to have a nurse puncture and drain it. It was then put in a magnesium sulphate paste. The paste cost about a fiver from the chemist but worked a treat after my visit to the Dr's.
Hi Steve. Great to see you out mate. Great video. Yes pat. Has brilliant videos too Hes a top fella. See you on your next adventure Steve Thank you for sharing. Old dave
Great video. I love Kinder Scout. 2 of my 3 videos so far are on Kinder. The northern edge is by far my favourite part. Like you say, much better for solitude!
Just subscribed to your channel - was wondering what camp chair you use when biking and what tarps you use - got most gear for bike camping and trying out this weekend in Derbyshire somewhere - just need a couple of lightweight chairs and a tarp from bike and over tent for a shelter
Hi Stuart thanks for subbing me. I use a Oex lightweight folding chair the mat that stops it from sinking in soft ground just split the other day so I just use a basic camp chair from Go Outdoors. If I attach to bike a 3x3metre DD camo tarp is brilliant. ATB have a good trip and remember leave no trace 😃👍
Need to lance that Wicklow quick and drain the puss off then wrap it with a soap and sugar poultice which will make your finger throb as it draws out poison. You can remove after a day and finger will then heal.

No definitely not 👍
How is it going Stephen 👍👍👍👍
Music`s a bit epic and over the top for showing a bit of grass, more suitable for a drone shot. Good vid otherwise though.
