I haven't been excited about thrillers lately. The ones I've been reading are very average. 🤨 I think I'm going to take a break and just read my fiction or fantasy books! I just started Before I Let Go.
Before I let go is one of my 5 star predictions for this year. Hope you enjoy it! 💕 Sadly most of the books I’ve read this year have been average or disappointing.😢
I also enjoyed Nothing but Blackened Teeth and am looking forward to The Salt Grows Heavy. She also has another book coming out in October co-written with another horror writer Iike, Richard Kadrey. It's called The Dead Take the A Train. The cover is awesome, and it also sounds very good. I have added some of your anticipated to my TBR. I'm looking forward to all the reading!
We have soul mate in Australia and I am number 133 with 24 books and you only get two weeks too read it love your channel love your Aussie family friend John ❤❤
You're the second person who's read The Last Word that has loved it so my expectations are starting to skyrocket for that one. I really enjoyed No Exit so looking forward to that one. S.A Crosby is coming out with a new book in June. I really liked Razorblade Tears so want to read his next book. The premise seems good.
Andrea Bartz has a great writing style, and I have found a lot of love with We Were Never Here and The Lost Night. She roots a lot in female friendship, and they’re tight reads.
@@ashleyslittlelibrary I also audiobooked The Herd. I recommend an author taste test when The Spare Room comes out. Unlike Ruth Ware, Andrea hits 300 pages and stops. 😂
Also coming out in April is Hailey Piper's sequel to The Worm and His Kings, Even the Worm Will Turn. Love her work and hate that she's not better known (though I think No Gods for Drowning raised her profile).
Hey Ashley. I just finished Curse Of The Reaper. I read and listened to audiobook. The audiobook makes it. You may want to check into it. I thought it was really scary.
Blind Spots and This Delicious Death have my attention. I really enjoyed watching iZombie and Santa Clarita Diet. Definitely want to read the new Sally Hepworth. She's one of my favourite thriller authors ☺
I read Ascension earlier this month and it is SO good!! One of my all time favorites. I love physics and playing around with the idea of space and time.. I'll be vague, better to go in blind. Perfect mix of scifi, adventure, mystery and light horror all while asking deep questions... omg this book got in my brain like a worm. After the next few things I have planned I'm going to do a dedicated review of it. I want all the people who will love it as much as I do to read it! I needed more so I bought his other book Professor Everywhere and I'm looking for more books like Ascension. 🏔
My ultimate guide for book shopping is finally here ❤

It’s always nice to mix it up a bit when you’re not feeling a genre!
I feel this. You need a “palette cleanser”. 😂Then go back to thrillers.
Good thrillers are Lock Every Door ,Final Girls by Riley Sager

Like to read We were Never here.
So excited for This Delicious Death! I loved My Dearest Darkest :) I’m not sure if I could stomach it though lol
The Blinds by Adam Sternbergh is a really good dystopian/mystery
I loved They Drown Our Daughters by Katrina Monroe so I might check out her new one.
I’ve got that one on my shelves!

I have Maeve Fly ARC and I can’t wait to read it!

I’ve had that on my radar for a while, hoping to pick it up soon once I get a little farther through my TBR!
