I’ve never seen you do a black stone labs review. I know that sometimes they catch a bad rap but some of their products are great but low key they don’t get the recognition they deserves.

I use the nutter butter protein for lunch. Very happy with that. Decided to grab this for a pre push for my bike commutes to and from work. Love the taste. It's not as crazy as the beet powder for the nitrate but it does the trick!
I love the chips ahoy protein. It is the first full tub of protein I have finished in years. I am going on my second tub and now looking at other ghost product which brought me here. :) Thanks for the doing this review. I am going to give ghost pump a shot. :)
I can’t stop eating the vegan peanut butter cereal, just with a spoon. I was never into vegan protein due to “the grittiness” but I got used to it and it’s super smooth.
Love your reviews, the music was quite distracting on this one though.

When mixing with legend do you do 1 scoop pump and 1 legend ? Or 2 pump and 1 legend?
I personally would just do 1 scoop pump 1 scoop legend. 2 would be a little much considering there are some crossover ingredients like Citrulline. Thanks for the comment.

It is normal with pump products due to the Glycerpump which will naturally clump.

I did not come back and talk effects because I stacked it with CG v3. I only come back and talk effects when I’m strictly taking the product that I’m reviewing. I don’t want outside factors to interfere with the review. Overall pump is a great product and I personally think it’s great as a stand-alone non stim pre workout but if you are stacking it it’s pricey and overall that’s the ghost ecosystem. It’s stacking products unless you do 2 scoops of the Cg v3. Hit or miss the flavors are on point and overall it’s a product that I still recommend people trying. Thanks for the comment
What is your favorite pre-workout then?
As of right now I’m a huge fan of Pure Cut supps Cocaine and I will always hold a place for Kaged Muscle Prekaged. It’s tough right now cause a lot of companies are now going with the stackable pre workout like Ghost or Metabolic Nutrition. I see it too many times that a lot of companies are producing pre workouts that are either stim based or pump based and for me personally I want both so for now. My main stim one is Cocaine and overall is still Prekaged for the all in one.
what did you think about the foaming?
I thought it was a bit odd but overall the flavor outdoes the foaming and it does eventually go away. When i tried mixing this with the Ghost Legend, it mixed like normal. The biggest takeaway for me was the price and I can't justify having to pay $38 for a "stack" ingredient when their Legend Pre should be properly dosed...Thanks for your comment.
What I do To avoid the foam is mix it around with a spoon and give it a Good shake after. Works great

You missed an important ingredient, pine bark extract, you need to research that more and realize the importance of pine bark and its history
They’re a new brand, of course they’re charging shipping and it’s not even expensive. You’re also getting 20% off so I don’t see the big deal.
As most companies offer discount codes and free shipping after spending $xx amount of dollars, I find it interesting that they still charge for shipping. I get your point but as someone who's been following Ghost for years, I think at this point as a brand they could offer it without losing customers or profit.
