½ chicken breast
½ small onion
½ green pepper
1 red chilli
Condiments
Dash cooking wine (shao xing)
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon LKK chilli bean sauce
80ml water
¼ teaspoon oyster sauce
Dash white pepper powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon MSG
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon light soy sauce
Lightly thicken with potato starch

Thanks for showing how to use these sauces. The first time I used the LKK black bean sauce, I put the hole jar in as the instructions are in Chinese, over here in Scotland a sauce is not a concentrate. I went back to the shop, it is called Lims in Garnet hill in Glasgow and told him that I put the hole jar in, he couldn't stop laughing and said I was lucky to be alive. I think he pissed his pants with laughter
The LKK black bean sauce I had was very salty. I used it in one video, still not touched it.

Evening chef. What's the difference between LKK chilli bean sauce and hot bean sauce?
Hot bean sauce is Yeo brand. The Yeo brand taste better, but is darker in colour, LKK version is a nice red colour in stir fry.
