Lemon Chicken

Lemon chicken
1 chicken breast
Some lettuce
3 slices of fresh lemon
Plent of potato starch
Lemon sauce
200ml water
100ml lemon squash
1 teaspoon lime cordial
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon honey
Few drops yellow colour
Potato starch to thicken sauce
Marinate chicken
Bit of salt
Bit of MSG
½ teaspoon shao xing wine
½ teaspoon sesame oil
Couple dashes of white pepper powder
2 tablespoon egg.
Coate with plenty potato starch and deep fry

I make a sweet and sour sauce using Asda orange and pineapple squash and it's so much better than the Lidl one.

And thanks for the chat, I forgot to mention as a thanks I always cook my local friendly Chinese take away and local Asian market something for Chinese New Year as a thank you for bring this to the UK and helping me learn. They both love my food and so do my Gurkha friends as I do them Nepali and other dishes now and again. This year of the Dragon I did them both Nepali chilli chicken chowmein and I was told by the shop its better than takeaway food, I said try this as its from your nephews just over the Tibetan mountains 😂😋
Chowmein is a big thing in Nepal.
