The scratching most likely hints that you need to shapen your claws every once and a while before or after a hunt or a fight. I'm pretty sure you'll be getting special mutations that may benefit the extension of using your claws without worrying about maintaining your claw sharpness.😊
Tbh, size estimations of different dinosaurs are quite often overlapping with the range between lower and higher estimates. Devs can just easily look at those and go "Alright, we want this animal to be slightly bigger and this one smaller." - for the sake of balancing. They are currently nerfing carno size-wise and also HP-wise. The thing is that the new values are still in the range of current paleo estimations so it is not far-fetched at all. They can pull off a move with bary being the biggest mid-tier carnivore from current roster without hesitation. Im really not sure about the "allosaurus's level" of size but the thing was probably longer than carno.

So I think it should be about as tanky as allosaurus but not as much damage or bleed to make sure they aren't rampaging on land all the time. And yeah they do use different sizes sometimes but baryonyx should definitely be a strong animal, and shouldn't fear ceratos or Omnis (unless in a pack

Allo is only a bit taller than Allo but bulkier and has much darker and longer teeth plus sharp claws with longer arms. Which makes Allo more deadly. So it's definitely a stronger Dino than Carno but yes a Carno could also fight an Allo but Allo has more of an advantage

Another interesting idea could be letting Kentro choose to switch between a bipedal and quadruple stance of movement like the miyasaura, as there's fossil footprint tracks believed to be from kentrosaurus show it might have been able to do this (could add an extra element to attack and defence)

The Bary has always been one of my favorite dinos in Legacy. I really look forward to it. Hopefully I don't die of old age before it's out lmao. I really wanna see the anky in the game instead of the kentro though honestly.
Despite the stegosaurus being one of the most hateful dinosaurs for me and to a lot of people as well, I like it's combat the most, but I have had the problem not being attacked by anyone due stego's insane power, so I think kentro would be perfect solution for me, I also would prefer his agiliness over stegos power.

I'm actually most hyped for Quetz. I'm not hyped for semi aquatics because there are no fish in the game. You have swamp and lakes completely empty its weird.
Half the herbi current roster could wipe the floor in fights. They got stego dibble teno and pachy even no current carnivores have bone break mechanic.
Maybe cause they wanna make the ability unique and not just copy paste from other dinosaur, like if whole Ceratopsian have similar attack then its understandable but having sucho, spino etc having the same exact attack looks not unique enough but yea the game is good

Despite the stegosaurus being one of the most hateful dinosaurs for me and to a lot of people as well, I like it's combat the most, but I have had the problem not being attacked by anyone due stego's insane power, so I think kentro would be perfect solution for me, I also would prefer his agiliness over stegos power.

It's a pterosaur, people play it precisely because it spends so much time in the air. Make it mostly terrestrial and you'll start seeing it pretty much just as often as you do dryo. So yeah, I really hope quetzalcoatlus doesn't get fucked over like that (even though it would make more sense for the azhdarchid to be more terrestrial).

@@yeetthatmolotovright like I think for the isles version of ptera it should be a semi aquatic airline predator along with occasionally scavenging on carcasses and not terrestrial like crane that should go to quetz with it’s size would be able to hunt and defend itself better than ptera on the ground along with the diet mechanics

Besides the problems with the whole not enough mid/small tiers to compete/defend against apex’s I am interested to see how Rex will be like did the devs go all out for its growth stages and the new mechanics for it how it will interact with other playables and its relationship with them I would like to see that

Half the herbi current roster could wipe the floor in fights. They got stego dibble teno and pachy even no current carnivores have bone break mechanic.
A good dibble and stego player, not even that good, a not bad dibble or stego player are basically untouchable by most things.

Maybe cause they wanna make the ability unique and not just copy paste from other dinosaur, like if whole Ceratopsian have similar attack then its understandable but having sucho, spino etc having the same exact attack looks not unique enough but yea the game is good
@@szabojozsi8638 Probably because pot has help from modders, also the playables are not very unique in terms of play style in pot. Once you play a few it's all the same, at least in the isle each playable is unique. But I do agree that it takes way too long to give us playables
