Hi! I would like to inform you that, for SliderPLUS Compact, the distance between legs of the tripod should be 27.5 in (70 cm) or more, and for SliderPLUS PRO Compact, the distance between legs should be 31.4 in (80 cm) or more. And for SliderPLUS Long or SliderPLUS PRO Long, the recommended distance between tripod legs would be 43 in (110 cm) or more, and 47 in (120 cm) or more respectively.
The tripod being used here is a $1200 Manfrotto model equipped with a 100mm half-ball. Operating the slider at its full length requires a huge and expensive tripod. @@edelkrone.official
Regrettably, these sliders necessitate the use of huge, heavy, and expensive tripods, like the $1200 Manfrotto showcased in this video. A major problem is their inability to provide smooth movement, especially when combined with the motor module and head+. To achieve usable footage, stabilization both in-camera and in post-production is necessary. If you're fortunate, this might result in somewhat smooth footage, but it will not be perfect.
The smoothness of the footage when using their motorised system is based on the weight. If you overload their motor with too much weight you either have to reduce the movement speed or put a lighter camera rig. The main downside of this slider system is that it isn't mean't to work with fully rigged cine cameras but rather a barebones setup of just a camera and a lens.
I wish you were right. I get the same results with the Z9, X100, and an iPhone. I realise you have to make some adjustments to the motor with an Allen wrench depending on the weight. It does help a bit, but it's never really smooth. When you add the vertical motor and try to do an incline slide with a pan or tilt, it's useless. If the camera doesn’t have really good stabilization, you're out of luck. Also the customer service will just make s**t up to put the blame on something else, changing their story from one email to the next. @@Superbustr

Please protect my bag from 😢

Rhino Arc!
lol...no.
Lol, you need a massive tripod though!
On the flip side you only need one massive tripod instead of two massive tripods as is standard with pretty much every other slider.
but is it suitable for a Manfrotto tripod?
O¡NK!
