I can watch these guys all day long. I have to say I am 65 years old. I love this band from day one. And I finally got to see him in concert. my son youngest boy which is 32. Took me and I waited three years to go see them. Because of covid. I did go see them and I am over-the-top happy. Thank you guys for making my bucket list. And I may have had lawn seats but I was there.🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️🎼🎶🎼🎶🎼🎶
So happy that you got to see them! My oldest son, he's 32, and I went together. I raised him on Matchbox Twenty, so he knows every word to every song & is almost a bigger fan than I am.
i remember i was homeless when matchbox visited phillipine concert and it hurts me a lot because i barely have no money for the ticket, this band and thier songs helped me a lot during my suicidal days, dear matchbox your music will be forever in my heart & soul until my dying days
Watching them create is an invaluable gift to any songwriter or any person interested in the thought process behind creating great songs and a whole record. This was an awesome documentary. Thanks for the upload.
This band will always be my one and only favorite band and I would save up my money to buy tickets to see them. I'm planning on naming my five boys after this band
What a great documentary. For me "More Than You Think You Are" is their best album. Paul was on the top of his game on the drums and he was a fucking machine on drums on that tour. You can tell in this documentary that Rob, Paul and Kyle are the brain behind Matchbox Twenty and i got the feeling that Adam wanted a bigger role in the band. Brian seems to be ok with his role in the band but i think Adam wanted to write more and the didn,t allow him. I don,t know that for sure but it is the feeling i have. By the way.... please Paul play the drums again. You are a OK guitar player but one of the best drummers in the rock history. We want to see you play the drums again.
Luis Gonzalez Thank you for your interest in my film. Sorry I haven’t gotten back to you. I never look at these on UA-cam. I really am not at liberty to tell you what I observed but you are in the ballpark.
Thanks mate! I will be releasing more footage shortly. Subscribe and not miss out. Were you able to watch the SOUL gang vocal that is also on this channel?
I'm so upset 😭 with the fact that I didn't go see these guys play live 20 years ago when I should have. I hope that they're not done yet cuz I want a chance to see them live. If they don't do something soon I'll never forgive myself for this
blabbermouth I saw them last month in Virginia Beach and after they did the show I wanted to go backstage to meet them but I had to go home. I always tell my sister that I don't need VIP to meet them but she doesn't understand that. My mom understands me more. That's why when I go to concerts I rather go by myself so that I can meet them afterwards. Maybe I'll do that next year when Rob comes out with a new solo album
This band are always in my dreams no matter if I saw them or not when I wish I had seen them live I have their DVDS and CDS and the minute I fall asleep they appear
Unfortunately not. I did shoot the second half at the Hit Factory in NY, but the band has yet to release any of that. Pressure the band and see what happens.
I wish I had seen this band play live years ago I should have asked my mom to take me. But hey Rob says in 2017 they're gonna do something can't wait to meet them
Hey everybody I just found out on Twitter that this summer Matchbox Twenty is touring tickets thru fan club go on sale tomorrow and on Friday tickets go on sale to General Public
@@BillDraheim Thank you for answering this question. Will it ever be developed? I don't mean to belittle your footage or the amazing documentary this is but we need the other half, sometime before we die. Do you need production help? Legal? Anything??
Love sucks when you can have only one why God made sure that I will never love again because he's always there Ponting out reason why this one isn't real and after a while I have to agree with him I ever blame him I love him so he's knows what he is doing
I wish that I can hear the other songs that wasn't on all 3 of the albums. And learn to forget about the songs that is not like Matchbox Twenty at all.
Atlantic Records owns the masters. Chances of ever seeing it are slim. As the director and shooter I have very little influence on them. But I am going to try to regain some control. Thanks for the watch.
@@Libera_nos_a_malo I Never knew that. I can see Paul being an ass... but.. in my opinion.. He didn't fit... He was too dainty. But then again So is Little man syndrome Paul...

A Lady after My Own Heart
My only favourite band and singer also
Keep saving I had to stop going when decent tix started over 600 a piece.

I can't wait to get a chance to meet Rob and this band everybody I follow on Twitter is hoping that it will happen
I just love these guys for their music 🎶 and that's all
I like it how almost at the end they do a super model look for the 🎥 and the part where Adam messes up playing the guitar 🎸

Right I liked that one.

such a good watch I love this band
William Rice Thank you!
There is nothing easy about song writing and recording. Clearly, this documentary illustrates that.
Thank you. My editors really got it right.
I want to see these guys play live so much that I would give my money to go see them around the world
All Night Radio @ 13:48 should have most definitely been on an album. Bonus track, pleeeeeaaassseee.
Sorry I deleted my first comment because I forgot which song you are referring. That is a cool song.
15:40 Pookie going old school for communications LOL
Thanks for the watch.
Adam playing the Piano is cool.
too bad, that could have been another favorite song for me. Just stumbled across this video.
Thanks for the watch.
I wish someone could have told me about this band and I would have gone to see them
Maybe you still can. they are talking about an album. We shall see.
Bill Draheim Do you mean they're working on making a new album
I can't confirm or deny.
Great doc and tribute to an amazing band
Thank you
🥀This is alot of hard work but well worth it in the end🥀☝️🥀
Denise Hedden It was long for all of us. But yeah, the product turned out great.
Is their another part to this? Would love to see it?

I was wondering COuld I just be you. when is the next one coming??? Do you need help? I can make myself available :)))

WTF is with the rambling captions that dont belong in this video?
Can you elaborate? I am not seeing and captions.
Is that Kyle's wife sitting next to him when the daughter is playing the piano?
Anyone else hear the bong rip at 28:13? :)
Look for that bong on the piano.
Joel Wigley Do you mean when Adam messes up with the guitar 🎸?
Not sure which bit you're referring to, but I'm talking literally at 28:13, during the wide shot of the studio.
it's there. I shot it.
Heard it! Oh yeah:) Went straight to it:)
They should have recorded at least 5 albums with Adam.
does anyone know where I can get "Wasn't so Bad?"
+Bonnie Biddlecome That song was an attempt by Kyle to get it on the record. I doubt it will ever be released.
Bill Draheim can this be found on DVD?
Anybody ever find the other half of this? Bootlegged or otherwise?

William Olivas As of now it’s out of my hands.
Where is theresville?
It's actually based on a small town called Bearsville. It's in upstate NY next to Woodstock.
Well I can see why Adam didn't last in the band.
Nobody knows why he left the band
I do
Bill Draheim why did Adam leave the band?
It’s pretty clear he was in a different place when it came to creative input. The stuff he wrote sounded good, just not good for Matchbox Twenty.
I miss Adam Gaynor very much! And that is the reason why that one of my main dreams is dead.
Should change the name to RobThomasville
