Can you still use the tripod foot with the lens coat on there?

Thanks for watching video and your comment, definitely it saves lense from wildlife and safari dust , and manageable with minute drizzle , i didn't have courage to take out camera + lense in heavy rain or any further damageable whether. Overall provide good grip , saves from scratches , and make lense kind of dust proof during safaris.
