@@WandererAndClicker thank you for replying, I have also uploaded via ftp, that's right my video has been uploaded but when I check on my Adobe website in the upload section there is no video that I previously uploaded, maybe the tip is I have to change the format of my video or edit it then save to new video file

@@lazulie8847 What i heard from a few folks is that during upload process if stock adobe's image processing or video processing find some issue then it doesnt show for edit and file disappear, still wrong user experience they should show some error message , as you rightly mentioned i also agree , please edit video may be increase bit rate to 100K+ and try to re upload. hope this time it works for you , please feel free to subscribe our channel as well so that we can be connected to share information.
