@@sturmling7195 its about the RGO being valuable and having a large enough core pop to have a lot of colonial migration. You'll get more concentration the less colonies you have. Germany literally only owned that part of borneo which is why it received so many german pops.

I'm halfway through a Greek game. Apart from realistic constant debt it's been a good game. It's now 1883 and so far I've taken the Turks and Germans on alone and won twice.

I know that this is an old video, but does anyone know what border mod Spud is using? I've looked online for a mod that makes state borders thicker (read that as visible) and have come up empty handed.

Accepted pops are always better than non-accepted pops. They allowed Germany to turn the colonies into states, make more troops and have industry.
