Thanks for the comparison. My choice would be the Skyflake, but there are not so few occasions to wear it. It would not be an everyday watch, even ‚too fancy‘ to take it to the office.
The difference is that the Skyflake fixed everything that was flawed from the Snowflake imo (like the shape, bracelet to strap, size, finishing, all shiny, easier to deal with). So I got the Skyflake as a result lol Despite it's look, I wouldn't count it as a dress watch though, I had it for over a year and wear it practically every day
Great review! I wonder do snowflake is more of a everyday watch? It is harder to scratch than skyflake right? Plan to pull the trigger by this weekend but can’t decide between these two yet. Thanks in advance❤️
Hey Jirayu Namjai, if you are looking for an everyday watch go for the snowflake. However it is titanium so it's very light. Having said that titanium is 3 to 4 times stronger that stainless steel. But it can still scratch. If you prefer some weight on your wrist then you might want to consider a stainless steel watch. If you want something special, the Skyflake is unique and has a very clean look. Go try them both to see how it feels on your wrist. That's my 2 cents. Let me know what you get. 😉
I prefer the Skyflake. But that's just my choice. Love the blue. It's unique. Both is tone and texture.
Great choice when you decided to compare these of my favourite Grand Seiko watches.
Thanks for the comparison.

I found the Skyflake incredibly versatile to wear and a perfect everyday watch.

Wow. You must be one careful wearer. It is a gorgeous watch to wear it everyday.
The snowflake power indicator is actually pearlescent. It isn’t flat.
Great review!

@@watchat888 thank you for your suggestion. Sure I will report back what I’ve got💪🏻
Love them both! You cannot go wrong with either. Do you foresee adding a Snowflake to your collection? Great video! Keep up the great work!! 👍
Thanks Robb Stone... but you're eeeeevil 😈...Now you just sealed that thought in my 🧠 hmm...should I? 🤔
Sorry but it is nice ....And is a classic GS 😊
Hahahaha.....ya it is. That is why I'm thinking if I should. Hmmmm....
Will it be any gap if I change the bracelet on snowflake to a leather strap?
I guess it really depends if you can find a suitable leather strap.Let me know if you manage to change it.
I want BOTH but I have no money... how much does it cost?
They both cost about RM23,000 or about US$5,750.00
Sky flake all day long, reason? It’s not Titanium.
Skyflake all the way
