PCie Gen 5 is out for M.2 but after research I find Gen 4 will do fine for a while. Thoughts?

When the Raid is active, on this motherboard no hard disk is recognized from Bios, this means that software like Acronis with USB Boot does not recognize any disk drive and therefore it is not possible to CLONE the startup disk. I have an open ticket with MSI where they tell me it's normal ! 😵💫

I presume 32gb will be enough ram, but I wouldn't mind paying a little bit extra for 64gb just to make sure I have no problems. I thought I read how 2 sticks of ddr5 ram is better than 4 but I was probably confused. I can just fill the other 2 rams slots later on if needed right?
