Pandaplacer BambooFeeder-AS1 Design update and performance testing.
Updated cover tape spool design. Test with new design.
From the sound, the output torque of the cheap SG92 servo has not yet reached its limit. I am also testing the performance of different sources of servos in the same price range. I've been stuck on the cover tape spool design&test for a long time and will do some more tests before I finish the design of the 16mm feeder.
There is hope that you will be able to load all of your components into auto feeders at lower cost. Stay tuned.
