Too cool, that route looks awesome, almost the same as what we did on Monday but with some lanes I've not done yet. I can't wait until next friday's :)
Thanks buddy. Yes, exceptional riders and really good chaps. It was a good day packed with lots of positive interactions too. Thanks for the comments, very much appreciated
I'm new to trail riding, just done a few around North Lakes & North Pennines. I will be joining TRF in Jan. Police are great riders, my mate is ex SEG, I thought I was a good rider until I met him...😂
Couldn't agree more about the Police riders - they're just in a different league. The TRF (for me) is great. It enables you to expand your trail knowledge of where to ride legally, and safe knowing there are many helping hands should they be needed. It makes no difference if you're riding ADV or enduro, everyone is keen to help and assist. Thank you for the comment, it's very much appreciated
Another great video Paul, some trying lanes there for a heavy T7 but you coped admirably as always (well most of the time)👍I'm a little late commenting as I was busy marrying off my last born on Friday.
Another enjoyable video, made better by now getting to know the area being able to workout where you are. I know all the lanes on this one except the first. Where does that one start? Thanks mike
Thanks Mike. I'll drop you some details in a PM, as there is another one before that, I didn't film. Both easy enough but handy to know about. I'm glad I watched you go up Hart Attack last month or I would have been bricking it!
@BikingBuddies Thanks. It's another one that's fine as long as you keep the wheels turning and let the bike do it's own thing but a chew on if you stop. I'll have to have a look up summer lodge aswell if it's a challenge, Somehow I've managed to miss it every time I've been out.
Not needed mate, we were all running tubes. The days was designed to promote riding on legal lanes, riding with courtesy for other users and showing the Police some of the more popular lanes in the immediate area. It was a very good day with lots of (off film) positive exchanges. We are lucky to have such a proactive policeforce in our area. Bikers at work and bikers out of work.
Thanks buddy. I wear body armour on top of my base layer then ex army surplus as an outer. Its water proof and breathable as well as being cost effective
And to hot as well. Layers are the way forward. Plus, it's cost effective., for example the bottoms were £19, breathable and waterproof. That's pretty much a disposable item IMHO

Thanks Michael. It's a well trodden route and a good one for sure
Great vid as always Paul the police officers looked good riders and nice guys. Hope the snow not to bad up there.👍

Great vid as usual 😃 I’m missing been out 😫
Thanks buddy. Yeah, we all miss being out when we're not
Some challenging lanes Paul, you did well
I really enjoyed the day Kev - it was cracking

Love Redmire. Those several lane groups around Redmire and Wreaks are firm favourites.
It's a good playground and very enjoyable. Many thanks for watching, it's appreciated
Did the Police turn a blind eye to any of your riding buddies having Mousses or TuBliss?

@ And that’s how it should be. Even with Mousses etc, in my view as long as you’re not riding irresponsibly, crack on and enjoy the day. 👍
Totally agree.
Looked like a great day.
It was thanks
What is that gear you wear .......good video btw
Thanks buddy. I wear body armour on top of my base layer then ex army surplus as an outer. Its water proof and breathable as well as being cost effective
@@BikingBuddies Yes, it looks effective and comfortable.....i find the usual motorbike gear too bulky for trail........thanks for reply.
