Yo what is up guys, it's worth noting a very important part of Luocha is that his ultimate states he ONLY GAINS the abyss flower after removing a buff from an enemy. This creates a scenario in which Luocha can be far MORE powerful against packs of enemies which all have buffs, triggering his field more often. Alternatively enemies that do not have any buffs to remove increase the challenge of activing hit talent (his ultimate will not grant a flower in this case). Apologies for not touching on this fact in the video.
Yeah he seems very niche and might struggle to stack flowers in some compositions and situations. Gonna have to wait for reviews when his banner comes out. I just don’t see a situation where he outshines Bailu or Natasha in keeping the team alive, since he can’t heal using his ult and this relies on spending skill points if he ever wants to heal. Also I don’t think his heal removes debuffs?
Luocha got gigabuffed in the 1.0 release patch Now only needs TWO stacks of Abyss Flower to trigger his talent Base ATK increased Base healing on E & Q increased (scaling slightly nerfed) Traces and Eidolons reworked, mostly improved
u forgot to mention that his technique got changed from a generic healing that u can get from waypoints to automatically triggering his off field healing after using it in the next battle for 2 turns. Massive W buff
Imaginary seems like it'll be a relatively rare type, at least in the beginning it seems. I've wanted to go for Luocha since the moment I first saw his splash art, but knowing he's a good healer and there aren't many imaginary either, it makes me even more excited to pull for him. I have a feeling he might be one of the banners in 1.1 but I hope not cuz I need to recover from all the pulls I'll make on Jing Yuan's banner 😂 You're posting so many videos on a roll! These are a lot of fun to watch, so thank you for making them.
I feel like he is the healer Gepard has been longing for. With the shields I really only need top off heals when a shield gets burned. In the meantime he is debuffing and doing moderate DPS, with the auto heal when a unit gets smashed . Prefect!!
Gepard + Luocha will save a lot of skill points, a nice composition for characters that eat a lot of skill points, you can spam the main dps and buffer skill
@@pridehunter2324 Gepard is here for that case. Shielding all the team members in case of a big AoE damage. Luocha will be more than enough required. Right now I'm playing Gepard + Natasha and Natasha is doing nothing most of the time. Barely ever use her ultimate.
The fact that his heal scales of his attack means he will deal way more damage than the 2 other healers that scale with HP. But at the cost of survability, so maybe we want to pair him with a taunt? Anyway i think he's a very good character but we cant tell yet if he's a must pull.
oh boy, you need not to worry about his survivability the man is literally unkillable with his traces. He can't be one shotted by enemies because of his ascencion 6 passive.
It has nothing to do with Luocha, but I hope there will be an event where they give us a free imaginary character (maybe they make a new 4*?) because that’s the only element f2p won’t be able to get, unless they are lucky

@@GrimroGacha there's no need to apologize. it's an easy enough mistake to make especially if you're just guessing at a name in a foreign language. Thanks for responding and being open minded!
More like a lwo (o in Chinese sounds different than how it’s said in English, the O isn’t said as “oh (O)” or “au (o)” but for an English speaker it’s close enough to just say it like it is in English but softer ig (also since idk how to type it out to make the right sound with English pronunciation of letters)) cha (pronounced like how op explained). Edit: the separately pronounced luo that op commented on could be combined? Like if you were to just put the lu o cha into luo cha it’d be kinda similar to how it’s supposed to be said? Or separately pronounce the two but just say the u o part quickly so it mixes together Edit: pronounced the two different spellings (lwuh and luo) using English pronunciation and both are similarly close enough to the Chinese pronunciation, so ig use whichever one you feel more comfortable with?
@@toonhub3216 Maybe it depends on the accent, but I'm a native Mandarin Chinese and English speaker, and I would not describe the combination of "uo" as ending in the "oh" sound. That would mean it would rhyme with the english "Whoa" as in "Whoa nelly!" and that's definitely not the case. Granted I speak with a Beijing accent when using Mandarin, but besides some differing word choices and ending some words with "r" it isnt far off from standard Mando. I've also never heard any other ABCs nor their fam pronounce their "uo" combos as "woah"
Given that he is an active healer and does well with people that don’t consume skill points and spend HP, I feel like besides blade he would be a perfect pair with Arlan. Maybe him, Arlan, Bronya (version 3), and Ting. Given that Bronya will generate a few skill points she should offset Luo’s every third action skill cast. This would also be a solid f2p option (Luo + Arlan) as well seeing as most people would probably only be able to pull on either Luo or Blades banner if they come out together.
Bronya and Tingyun don't attack much though. So the only way for him to heal them is for him to use his skill on them after waiting for his turn. Seems like he will only be a good healer with a team of characters that are always attacking. So no supports like Tingyun or Bronya.
i think one of luocha's make or break might be unexpectadly wether he needs to build effect hit chance to strip the buffs or if that is garanted, cause if he does need it the stats requirement for endgame luocha could get pretty crazy as you would need a decent amount of atk, some speed, both effect hit chance and resistance and possibly a little bit on the defenses(though he does have the trace to protect from one shot).all in all i think teambuilding for luocha is relatively straight foward, you need your main dps, luocha,a flex suport unit and a tank with very high taunt value to take the brunt of the damage witch luocha can support better then most healers as his ST healing is much better then the other healers imo. personaly the team i plan on using with him if all goes well is Gepard,Loucha,Tiang and Sampo and swicht out gepard for fire mc or tiang for march 7/asta depending on the situation. i think this team has a lot of potential since the tanks help mitigate AoE,Sampo is a pretty flexible dps and correct me if i'm wrong but i believe his wind sheers witch is where most of his damage come from, ignore elemental resistance making him a decent neutral dps, loucha is there to help with breaking and utility while Tiang/asta can buff sampo atk(the only ofensive stat he actually benefits from since he doesn't crit) and give him the ultimates for the bonus stuff, also team energy economy is pretty decent since Sampo isn't as skill hungry as most dps units
I believe that all damage is subject to elemental resistance unfortunately. The rest definitely sounds like something im very interested in hearing the in game results of!
Effect hit rate is about "to put something " on the enemy. Removing of buff is not putting something on the enemy. I believe effective hit rate does not have anything to do with dispelling.
I feel like Luocha with e1 might pair really well with yanqing. The shield keeping him from getting hit, and the follow-up attacks triggering the field. I don't know if the shield would be tanky enough, though. I really like them both, but who knows whether I'll be able to get either... 😅. I'm not particularly interested in either of the first two limited banners, so hopefully, I'll be able to save enough to get Luocha. I'd definitely prefer to play characters I like instead of strong characters, and if a character I like happens to be strong, then great. If not, oh well.
As of rn my go-to Secondary team is Silver Wolf+Qinque+Pela+Luocha. All gas, enough varied elements that silver Wolf doesn't need to get lucky, all of which are great cc breaks to prevent damage which should help Luocha. Debuff spam increases Silver Wolf and Pela's damage. BUT I was wondering if you were going to mention, none of the abundance Lightcones really fit what Luocha wants to do. I'm really hoping they make some 4* options that increase atk more so we aren't baited into his 5* lightcone.
