Love how much she checks in with the patient. It's funny when they don't respond right away and she starts to become concerned. They are always OK, just in such a wonderful state of happiness and relief from the positive results of the work.
Brenda, the explanation with the foam roller is JUST what I need to hear. I work remotely at my home on my computer all day. But when I head to the gym, that's the perfect exercise, stretching those fulcrums you mentioned, that will really help me get those joints moving in the right direction. (and getting a stand-up desk is definitely needed) So thanks for the reminder.
Thank you for the great work you do. Can you make a video about the Vagus Nerve? Most therapist do not know how valuable the ear pulls are for the Vagus Nerve.
I’m interested in being a chiropractor, the ability to help people heal with my hands really draws me to it. Just wondering if I wanted to include the type of work you do with soft tissue in my future work should I look into getting some sort of training specifically for that or is it taught at a chiropractor school??
I had the same problem, until I found the right keyboard that supported my wrists, while typing standing up. It’s a question where you can rest the elbows and wrists, everything else shouldn’t be a problem after that. ☺️🙏🏽
You can always do the captain Morgan pose to help you stand longer. What I mean by that is put your foot on a small stool or something. Can help you stand longer. At least that is what I heard from Dr Kelly Starrett
@@avidian888 Thank you, great tip in addition to the demonstrations/explanations from Dr. Mondragon 😉 Had extreme wrist pain, tingling and numbness in my hands from using a wrong keyboard in the past/wrong ergonomics. I'll try to search for a good one 👍
@@travisboothe5670 The name of the pose itself sounds awesome! I envisioned rum and soccer player Alex Morgan at the same time when reading your comment 😅 Thank you, definitely a tip I can use at work or at home!
I am a big skeptic of chiropractic medicine. But you could tell she is therapeutic by her confidence. She is almost like a human Xray and could do this all through palpation and inspection.
High amazing this video comes up I have been having serious problems with ears and headaches when I actually put two qtips and gently push up it relives the pressure I been missing work went to dentist got two root canal at first thought was that had pressure in sinus headaches and ears went to ENT DID ESR TEST WAS GOOD THE WEATHER in new jersey is brutal with allergies also they have been in full effect too ...nobody came to any conclusion

My favorite part of your videos is the scraping and in this video it was awesome. The sounds were so soothing. Keep up the great work doc 🥰
What does scraping do? What are its benefits? It looks painful? Why she do it?
Dr. M: You're going to be sore.
Patient: I'm so excited
Perfect response.
I’m always learning something new on this channel. The body is our discovery.

The back work always put me to sleep.
I feel like having my scalp/skull worked on would literally cure all of my ailments
The toe cracks get me every time
That bit about cartilage and scarring. Good stuff.
Nice!
You got soooo many cool stuff around your office, the Pink Ranger Helmet 🔥🤩
Looks like she’s performing Guasha. That’s what the scraping is called.
Mondragon is dressed like a strawberry icecream cone

Ever since seeing you do ear pulls i Crack my ears every day, it's turned into a habit like cracking my neck and back
I'm dying for your roller to come out!!!

Can you realign a si joint, that has popped out . ??
If someone gets the scraping done regularly will the redness eventually not occur?
I believe that in previous videos she has said that it'll usually become less and less and eventually not occur in "veteran" patients.
@@AMurph97 ah interesting that makes sense
The redness will still occur but the darker bruising will not
What’s the scraping for?

Wow, she looks like she could be the sister of the one other patient Dr. Mondragon has had in a couple videos before.
Can you recommend someone in northern michigan to treat vertigo

How do you know what scrapper to use
When do you think you will have those foam rollers for sale and I really hope you will have them on Amazon.
What area is she in ? I need this !
Is it weird I pay more attention to the Doc and not the patients. Don’t get me wrong but humble, working women are winners in my book.
Where is it you located?
