love the bluntness and i agree with you. if people dont like the method than they can come up with their own lol. Thanks for the video a lot of great information.
Why do so many American suspension videos say that bladders are terrible? The KYB is a bladder system and is renowned as the best standard suspension that comes on a bike
A bladder will have a slightly better feel over small bump's, and there is NOTHING wrong with using bladder’s we have been using the Race Tech bladder's and never had one fail and it will make changing the oil way easier
thanks , i've got a zita spacer 30mm for a fe450 it said to push piston to 21 ? not going to change oil just push piston down ,bike has 10miles on it .
ood evening Jeff I have a 2016 ktm 300 , I am lowering the shock absorber with the ZETA shim, how should I set the new tank piston height ! Thanks from ITALY
Hello Have the shock upright and remove the allen bolt at the top of the reservoir. Make sure the shock shaft stays fully extended. Remove the nitrogen bolt. Put a rod or screw driver through the hole and push the piston in the same distance as the thickness of the spacer you installed. Re-charge with nitrogen. Done.
thank you Jeff for taking the time to put this video together.

Perfect. Exactly what I needed

Piston vs bladder. Whats the diff in ride quality? Particularly a PDS bike.
Thank you! 👍

No plans to.
Thanks Jeff what would be the nitrogen pressure in a linkage shock like the one you have.
Thanks
ALL WP shocks are 150PSI.
Any chance you know what the floating piston length is for ohlins ttx gp shock is?
